FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, I never said 'freepers' ~ that's your addition to a nonstory. This all started when one of our barhoppers said I was drunk. I don't drink. I don't hang around bars. I wasn't drunk.

And, as a practical matter, all I said to PO people who don't read well was to note that we have some on this thread who wanted to turn the perp loose because of allegations that others were having their 4th amendment rights abridged.

Whether or not the people in this video had their rights abridged has nothing to do with that particular argument since NOBODY KNOWS!

Some on this thread would include Freepers, I’m pretty sure as you have to be a member of Free Republic to post. But, I guess I owe you an apology. You surely never said Freepers....
