Needless to say the ACLU would disagree. Not to mention if they picked up any other evidence of other crimes in those searches, unless the search was completely voluntary it will be thrown out. There are literally thousands of cases to support that and this one is cut and dry.

you are their ring leader ~ you are trying to find any reason you can why the perp has to be freed ~ you probably didn’t realize that there’s plenty of evidence already that’s going to get him executed.
What is your problem ~ some homeowner told the cops to search his house and there’s this crowd in there ~ you are the big government toady ~ denying a homeowner a right to his own property!
So, are you a court? Private individuals do not have to presume innocence!
Possibly so many people around there were too many scents to keep track of? In the prior example of the owner throwing a rock, there will be one rock that smells strongly of the dog’s owner which makes it rather easy...it’s not the rock the dog is homing in on, it’s the scent of the owner!
Are you assuming the police are stupid? I am not. They obviously know anything they found in the searches will be tossed out of court, so there would not be charges no matter what they found in their illegal searches.
You don't suppose that maybe the cops doing the searching for a mad dog killer like this might have had their minds on CATCHING HIM ~ or at most doughnuts ~ they did leave some donut shops open for them.
You did know there were cops being shot by the perps ~ and cops traditionally don't like that.
BTW, bring on the ACLU ~ are they defending this guy? Or, perhaps maybe you didn’t notice THEY disappeared!
