The two men arrested last night in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings drive a car with the licence plate that reads: ‘Terrorista #1’
The students, named be neighbours by their first names Azmat and Diaz, drive a black BMW 330XI with the personalised plate and a sticker on the back which reads: ‘F*** you, you f****** f****’.
They are thought to be from Kazakhstan and had not been seen since the bombings until last night when their ground floor apartment in New Bedford, MA, was raided by a dozen FBI agents at gunpoint.

I don’t know of any US state that issues plates with 12 characters...or that would permit something like that on a vanity tag.

It isn’t a state-issued plate. There is no front plate in Massachusetts.
Says something about UMass Dartmouth if that photo is legit. Has the logos for the school and the text. Looks like a novelty plate you might buy in a store.
Careful reading indicates the profanity is on a decal and the plate is a “novelty” (bought on-line or at a head shop) and not a vanity plate issued by a state.
The front plate may be custom, not a state license plate. The rear may be the State License Plate.
Not sure, but it is in an English Newspaper the same way.

Looks like this was previously posted. I searched for previous post, have no explanation why it did not return a duplicate.
I compared the titles in editor and the are identical.

In one other case I found a newspaper changed the title, but that does not appear to be the case here.
Abbreviation ~ like “Rents By The Hour” on a prostitute’s car ~ abbreviated to RNTBIHR ~ seen today!
