Tamerlan fled Chechnya with his family because of the conflict in the early 90s, and lived for years in Kazakhstan before getting to the United States as a refugee.

Now, ICE ( acronmym for the federal U.S. Immigration Service) has stated it reserves the right to appeal the decision....and they have to file within thirty days if they so choose.

He was being interviewed. It was a story about the interview. Was being candid with his views. Back a few months. He was laying out his case for the West not supporting the Sunni terrorist. Actually, someone might had made a freeper thread on the article. He was claiming that Sunni were more dangerous the Shiite. Let me see if I can find it.
Oops. That is a good one, but not the one I was thinking about. There is a better one. Will go digging again.
