Multiple sources have identified Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, as the remaining suspect in the Boston marathon bombings.
His brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, has been identified as the first suspect and died overnight following a firefight with police.
NBC News' Pete Williams said earlier Friday morning that the two suspects likely had "foreign military training," and had been in the country for about a year.
Later he said they were brothers, and added, "They were legal permanent residents. They were in this country legally, at least a year. They appear to be from Turkey, possibly Chechens from Turkey. That seems to be the nationality here."
Just before 7 a.m. Friday morning, the Associated Press confirmed Williams' reporting and naming Tsarnaev. Born July 22, 1993, according to Williams, Tsarnaev attended Cambridge Rindge and Latin School and has a Massachusetts drivers' license.
The brother, although NBC initially reported he was 20, was 26 and named Tamerlan Tsarnaev. He died overnight in the firefight with police, suffering from "blast and potentially gunshot wounds ...probably a blast injury [and] possibly shrapnel" throughout his trunk.

> His father, in Russia, said he was a true angel. Smirk
“Jeffrey Dahmer’s neighbors, for example, told reporters: “He was shy, a little withdrawn. But not real bizarre,” and that, “he never bothered anyone.” (Anyone? What about all those people he killed?) According to his neighbors, Columbine killer Eric Harris was “a nice guy. Shy person, didn’t say much” and “a very nice, polite, clean-cut kid.” Furrow’s neighbors called him, “a very pleasant individual.” Barton’s neighbors saw him as “a typical American family man,” “a nice guy” who “kept to himself.”
LOL
So with the terrorists on the loose the Boston residents were ordered by the Mayor and Governor to stay inside “shelter in place” and cower under their covers without any firearms to protect themselves. The police will be only minutes away....

Crime soared with Mass. gun law

IN 1998, Massachusetts passed what was hailed as the toughest gun-control legislation in the country. Among other stringencies, it banned semiautomatic assault weapons, imposed strict new licensing rules, prohibited anyone convicted of a violent crime or drug trafficking from ever carrying or owning a gun, and enacted severe penalties for storing guns unlocked.
Today, Massachusetts leads the way in cracking down on gun violence, said Republican Governor Paul Cellucci as he signed the bill into law. It will save lives and help fight crime in our communities. Scott Harshbarger, the states Democratic attorney general, agreed: This vote is a victory for common sense and for the protection of our children and our neighborhoods. One of the states leading anti-gun activists, John Rosenthal of Stop Handgun Violence, joined the applause. The new gun law, he predicted, will certainly prevent future gun violence and countless grief.

> OK, heres another thing I hate with FOX - they insist on this stupid terminology HOMICIDE bombers. Meanwhile the man she talks to keeps calling them suicide bombers.
You know FoxNews is now partially owned by Saudi’s right?
No matter how many times that worldview is proven false by reality, its still the worldview he wants to cling to.
Interesting that the mother was busted for stealing from Lord and Taylor, and the bombs were placed near Lord and Taylor, and the video from Lord and Taylor was being touted yesterday as being important in the identification of these guys (not sure if that has changed, with so many suspect pics going around yesterday).
Rush is away today to attend a funeral. Mark Steyn guest hosts.
What’s so sad is that as bad add this all is it could be worse...you might be right...
**Coming to the USA to do jobs Americans just wont do.**
Like killing other Americans?
The Chechen homeland is in Russia and the brothers’ father is now living in Russia. Naming your kid “Tamerlan” might not be a wise move in Turkey—the original Tamerlane beat up on the Turks. But that was more than 600 years ago so maybe the average Turk of today is unfamiliar with that bit of history.
Coexistence - isn’t that the principle that that Neville Chamberlain used when he made the treaty (or whatever it was called) with Hitler’s Germany regarding the Sudetenland? Nazi Germany immediately invaded the Czech hoeland to grab the Sudetenland and then they invaded Polad as well.
Coexistence is a word which is similar to Tolerance. Both words are used as virtues rather than to define an attitude of how to act toward differing philosophies, some of which are evil in nature.
His second language listed is Russian (in Cyrillic letters). The third one is Chechen (Nokhchiyn mott), one of the Northeast Caucasian languages (possibly related to ancient Hurrian).
How could they vote?
Islam is not a race...Islam is a belief system/ideology.
....Tamerlan Tsarnaev was run over by his brother his brother as he sped away last night, hit a few doors of police cars, and drove through police cars to get away.
