A first-stage punishment for whoever did this should be hearing ten hours of speeches by Boston Mayor Menino followed by an equal total of rhetoric from Massachusetts Governor Mini Me Lil Barry while staring at a photo of U.S. Senator Lizzy Warren. Then, something softer like the electric chair.
