It's really simple. Read this to see how:
Obama administration has SLASHED budget for domestic bombing prevention by 45 per cent
Somebody set us up the bomb!!!
What you say???
Somebody in the White House.
Yeah, I think we can discount Jewell too, considering he’s dead.
Disregard the red circle and look at the white logo near the top. Now compare that to the white "logo" in this second picture, near where the bent over guy is reaching.
The above is a closeup from the image below.
What is the bent over guy's partner holding in his left hand?
Whatever is in that pack is not heavy enough to pull the straps taut, and try carrying twenty or thirty pounds the way he’s holding the straps ... and he ain’t the fittest looking dude in the crowd, either, so he isn’t likely strong enough to be totin’ a bomb in such a casual fashion.
GUILTY. Guy obviously with and without bag, AND was without bag at spot of first bomb, AND moved to other location for man in blue to drop other bomb. NOTE: 'Bright blue' is also color of shirt which Mohammed Atta wore on morning of 9/11. Thug in blue looks tense/nervous.
Hahahahahahaha.
We don’t know he doesn’t have the bag. He could be holding it in front of him. Look at how his shoulders and arms are, like he is holding something in front of him with his arms down. Also, I wouldn’t read too much into which way he was looking, remember, people are crossing the line every few seconds. He could have been looking at someone currently crossing and everyone else looking at the next group.
All interesting but be cautious on reading too much into anything.
Obviously this is complete armchair analysis, but I REALLY don’t like how it is looking for Mr. White Hat in these pictures. I hope their focus is on finding him.

We are all speculating. I am not law enforcement and don't have to be cautious in my speculation.
Grasping for straws.
Yep, wannabe cops who couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag!
It looks to me like the white hat guy’s backpack isn’t full enough, or heavy enough to hold a 6 liter pressure cooker, and the strap doesn’t match (missing the center stripe). So if I were law enforcement, I’d want to talk to them both, but blue jacket guy would be my #1 priority because the strap seems to match.
It is more like missing the forest through the trees. While we focus on the areas circled, we may be missing something in another part of the picture.
When considering bags held by people in the photos, we need to keep in mind that the pressure cookers, filled with nails and ball bearings, would be rather heavy and would distend the backpack. From this photo, these bags fit the bill.
In the second photo, the one in the blue adidas jacket still has his bag, and we can see the strap across his right shoulder. The guy in the white hat does not have his bag on his back. However, from the position of his arms he may have the bag at his feet. The other spectators, including his colleague, are looking at the runners, while the guy in the white hat is looking straight forward. Is he looking for a spot to leave his backpack? Of does he have his eyes closed, and is he saying something? Hard to tell.
The one in the adidas track suit jacket looks to me Algerian, or at least Maghrebi. He does have the build of a bona fide distance runner, and of course there are outstanding middle and long-distance runners from that region.
Does anyone think the guy in the white hat looks anything at all like the at-large al-Qaeda terrorist Adnan Gulshair el Shukrijumah?
This seems worth raising the question. If these guys are just bystanders, hopefully they will contact LEO and identify themselves so they can be removed from those investigated.
So what? Who cares? You think that makes you something special? You think that entitles you to insult others? I got news fer ya jack AIN'T SO.
Crude remarks from self-rightous pompous dolts like you simply serve to show everyone just what you really are.
