(Editors note: Colin Flaherty has done more reporting than any other journalist on what appears to be a nationwide trend of skyrocketing black-on-white crime, violence and abuse. WND features these reports to counterbalance the virtual blackout by the rest of the media due to their concerns that reporting such incidents would be inflammatory or even racist. WND considers it racist not to report racial abuse solely because of the skin color of the perpetrators or victims.)
Welcome to the new normal: Large-scale black mob violence is busting out in Philadelphia, Chicago, Utica, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Wilmington (Delaware), Greenville (South Carolina), Grand Rapids, Peoria, Springfield (Ohio), Newark, Boston and Brooklyn.
All in the last three weeks.
Police say they are baffled. Others say it is a regular meteorological event: Large crowds and fights are not uncommon in the city in the warm weather, said the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia.
The latest example of the new normal took place Tuesday in Philadelphia: 200 black people on the streets of the downtown financial district: fighting, vandalizing, rampaging, refusing to disperse, tossing bottles at police. It began at 4 p.m. and took police 90 minutes to restore order.
At the epicenter of the violence, an employee of Wendys said no one was surprised.
It usually happens when the weather breaks, Lakia Garrick told the local Fox affiliate. They come in here and go crazy. It was really expected.
Fourteen black people were arrested and charged with misdemeanors.

I would think if you have a CCW (I do), you would be safe either way.
Any Freepers have an answer?
I see the problem and have the answer . . . cut off their fingers!
So true!
Thera are many black people, there is also a name for the other kind that we cannot use.
It’s not nice its not politically correct, but it’s a fact
My name for them is “ferrel.”
I know that times have changed and so have people, but to stupidly give negroes a pass on everything just because they’re a gang of government created bastards. The negro father who worked hard at his job during the day and took his rightful place at the head of the table are over.
Thanks to Gentleman Bird Johnson and his Great Society bulls-it that father was replaced by a welfare check and those children sitting around the table are mostly half-brothers and sisters.
Now we have a large part of our society that are functional illiterates, some with college degrees but most just plain stupid, who feel their right to rape and pillage should be honored. The only way to rein this in is to overthrow the present establishment and roll back all the stupid legislation enacted since 1912.
Weapon can’t be visible - that’s what my CC instructor said.
"I resemble that remark."
I believe these some in these communities convinced themselves they would have the rich and care free lifestyle by electing obama...now they are getting impatient.
I agree and when that bus hits the wall of reality...all hell will break loose!
Actually, the whites that voted for Obama deserve far worse than a beating.I’ll leave it at that so my post doesn’t get pulled..
Clarification - not just the weapon, but its “print” cannot/should not be visible.
Oops. I meant “feral.”
***Weapon cant be visible - thats what my CC instructor said.***
But what if the weapon is completely hidden inside a holster?
The holster itself is not a weapon but more like a leather pocket.
Ah! My question is answered.
I agree with you.
I depends on state law.
In NC and VA it matters not.
In some other states, even printing will get you arrested.
You had better check the law in your state and those you plan to visit.
Not here.
I am finding more and more people (40s thru 60s) tell me that they are looking forward to the grave so they can finally get some peace and quiet...they just want to be left alone, and are just sick and tired of all of the BS going on in this country. Sad.
I’m reaching 50 and this is often how I feel. They have robbed me of many of my dreams — and there just seems to be so much hatred towards anyone or anything good. What is there really to live for anymore? You know anything you work for will be taken away, confiscated, taxed, stolen, envied, or ruined. No one seems to have any principles anymore, or to want to stand for what’s right. You have your family, but good luck trying to keep it together, or trying to keep various family members from walking over to the dark side.
I often feel ready — times were just so much better in the past and you just don’t they aren’t coming back. Life was SO different. We had hope. We didn’t have to sit around worrying about ammo selling out, or about impending societal meltdown. It IS sad.
If it weren’t for my husband and immediate family ...I just don’t know.
A huge part of me REALLY wants it to melt — to implode. And sooner than later. I want to get on with it, and rebuild our country.
I should have added that even in states where either concealed, partially concealed or open carry is legal, provided you have a CCW, there are local PD’s and sheriffs who “write” their own laws and you could be arrested for going to the terror of the public.
For instance, the sheriff of Guilford County, NC, put out a letter stating specifically how a person who does not have a CCW must carry his weapon in a vehicle.
That is contrary to state law which says nothing about method other than it must be visible to any LEO who stops you.
The written opinion of the NC Attorney General states that there is no law directing how a non CCW person must carry in a vehicle other than it must be visible.
But some LEO’s make their own law on the side of the road.
Great post...your words are almost exactly what I am hearing from others...wonder if others Freepers are hearing anything similar from 'older' acquaintances?
