Michigan Republican National Committeeman Dave Agema, who caused a stir last month when he posted an article to his Facebook page that labeled the homosexual lifestyle as filthy, is now comparing homosexuality to alcoholism and says it leads to drug abuse.

Poppers are an inhalant drug. Small vials of potent liquid you breathe the fumes from. Alkyl nitrites is the scientific name. They’re used in cleaning products and polish removers, and I think some people have died drinking them accidentally.
Popular during the 70s & 80s on the club scene, they were initially linked to AIDS, although that was disproved later.
Research reduces embarrassment.
How so? The scientists of this western world have LABORED to find the "gay" gene. Doesn't exist. THAT research proves that homo/bisexuality is a CHOICE. That would be embarrassing, I think, to those folks who believe that homo/bisexuals are made like that because of genetics. NOPE. It's a choice.
True enough.
Should’ve clarified .. I was referring to alcoholism
Got it.
Lesbians too. This includes smoking. But haven't you heard? It's all SOCIETY'S fault, they are STRESSED because of the DISCRIMINATION and HATE they face every day. Because no one is responsible for their own drug use, least of all our poor put upon gays.
a recent CDC survey revealed 20 percent of “gay” teenagers were sexually abused before age 13.
They also have a higher rate of suicide and drug use, but one wonders if that is biased because drug use and suicide is very high among youth who were abused...
That number doesn't mean much without the percentage of heterosexual(or non-"gay") teenagers who were sexually abused before age 13. Furthermore, it would be appropriate to break those numbers down into male and female, because male homosexuality and female homosexuality have significant differences in their pathogenesis and prevalence. (Yes, I used the word "pathogenesis," the heck with the code of political correctness.) But I wouldn't be surprised if the CDC (which is a federal government agency, after all) would refuse to release statistics that could be considered detrimental to the causes of gay activists.
It’s the straight honky’s fault. Just ax anybody! Ax Holder!
: )
Isn’t it amazing that although homosexuality has been going on since ancient times, it has never been part of the mainstream political discourse or popular culture in the Western world until the last few decades? The mere fact that it not only has, but that pointing out the downside of a homosexual lifestyle earns the speaker ridicule in the media, is indicative of the societal decadence of the United States and western Europe under leftist influence.
.....”indicative of the societal decadence of the United States and western Europe under leftist influence”.....

You said it!
That's more a function of being male than of being homosexual. Heterosexual males are on average more willing to engage in promiscuous sex with strangers than heterosexual females, so their number of sexual partners is a compromise between their desire and female availability. You take choosy females out of the equation and the number of sexual partners per male skyrockets.
You see the same thing for young straight males who are good at "pickups" or in places where prostitution is legal and accepted.
More to the point, even in societies where homosexuality was tolerated (such as ancient Greece and Rome), there was no such institution as "homosexual marriage." It would be considered laughable, because it was always understood that marriage wasn't about sex or romantic love, it was about having and raising children.
That's more or less my view of things - people have the right to their own private sexuality as long as it only involves consenting adults, but I still can't and won't wrap my head around the notion of homosexual "marriage." It seems like a contradiction in terms.
“That’s more a function of being male than of being homosexual. “
BS! Almost no heterosexual males have had hundreds of sex partners. The numbers are not close:
“Bell and Weinberg, in their classic study of male and female homosexuality, found that 43 percent of white male homosexuals had sex with 500 or more partners, with 28 percent having one thousand or more sex partners.[13]
In their study of the sexual profiles of 2,583 older homosexuals published in the Journal of Sex Research, Paul Van de Ven et al. found that “the modal range for number of sexual partners ever [of homosexuals] was 101-500.” In addition, 10.2 percent to 15.7 percent had between 501 and 1,000 partners. A further 10.2 percent to 15.7 percent reported having had more than one thousand lifetime sexual partners.[14]”
I said as much in my post. However, I attributed it to the fact that (most, not all) heterosexual women aren't as willing to engage in anonymous sexual trysts with men as homosexual men are with one another. If heterosexual women were by nature as open to anonymous sex as men, quite a few heterosexual males would also have dozens or hundreds of sexual partners.
Actually, I don’t know all that many heterosexual males who are interested in anonymous sex. I don’t believe for a moment that most hetero men really WANT to have sex with a thousand anonymous girls.
The compulsion to stick your dick in a hole without knowing or caring what else is attached to the hole is a part of the homosexual perversion.
“A nationally representative survey of 884 men and 1,288 women published in the Journal of Sex Research found that 77 percent of married men and 88 percent of married women had remained faithful to their marriage vows...
...The Dutch study of partnered homosexuals, which was published in the journal AIDS, found that men with a steady partner had an average of eight sexual partners per year.”
