” to Republicans admired only to “assuage their guilt” for past racial indiscretions.”

Martin Luther King was racist.

I like Dr. Carson thus far. He has my sincere attention. However, if he shows ANY weakness pertaining to the second amendment, he’s toast.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights is not negotiable, period.

The reason I voted for George W. Bush, my first Republican ever (but not last) was NOT that I agreed with every single thing he stood for, but because he had thought about what he believed, he believed it, and he thought for himself.

I do not look for any spokesman, any candidate to match up with my stance on every single topic. I look for someone with convictions that are moral and the courage of his convictions.

I do not care a fig if Dr. Carson believes in the 2nd Amendment or not. It is not one person’s decision to keep it or not. It is in the Constitution. He is a wonderfully thoughtful, courageous man who is willing to risk being attacked to save this country. What’s not to like?

Oh I have no problem with Ben Carson. I’m a huge fan. I just know a lot on this board were soured about some of his quotes on the 2nd Amendment.

However, he just a HUGE stand against same sex marriage on national TV, on the day the SCOTUS is hearing prop8.

Let's see now...Dr Cardin is a neurosurgeon...A DAMN BRAIN SURGEON...at one of the WORLD'S FINEST HOSPITALS...and yet to America's Maoists he's nothing more than "Uncle Tom"?

Un-flipping-believable!

Actually,on second thought...it's *very* predicable.

I completely agree with you. I’m reading his book America The Beautiful and he has had an amazing life and has accomplished so much against the odds, the opposite of Odumbo.
I have so much respect for him and his grasp of the issues that face America today. If anyone has the opportunity to read his book, I highly recommend it.

There was an article about Dr Carson in Voice magazine about 20 some years ago. It was titled “Gifted Hands”. He told his life story. It is worth the read if you can find it.

Megyn called him “boy.”

Yeah, I can’t wait until Dr Carson goes on some liberal show and a commentor (after the show) says “Hey, so and so, “owned” him.”

They don’t have to find anything; they can always just make sh*t up and have it accepted by most as true.

I saw him talk about that, and he was saying that he was concerned mostly in urban areas that the gangs and other criminals committing gun violence with illegal gotton guns needs to be addressed.

That little black punk Toure Neblett is not fit to tie Dr. Benjamin Carson’s shoes. The man has forgot more than this little sissy will ever know.

Tell one of those liberal loudmouths on PMSNBC that MLK was a republican and PRO-LIFE and they will argue with you till the cows come come. Anyone think if MLK were alive today he would be promoting sodomite “marriage”? Not on your life.
Hypocrite REVEREND brotha Jesse Jackson and REVEREND brotha
Al Sharpton were also pro-life before they jumped on the baby killing train with the rest of the left-wing lunatics. Wonder where in the Bible it says it’s OK to murder your own child?
Maybe Brotha Jesse or Al can show me.

Sometimes, I wish I could willfully ignore facts and reality like liberals do.

I’d probably be happier.

Toray sees in himself a man who is where he is in life only because of affirmative action. So he supposes a much more accomplished black man must also have been handed his station in life.

Guns and Dr. Carson: I heard him speak about guns and he said people had a right to defend themselves but he worried about having guns in a city where so much violence could be done. He said guns were fine in a country setting, but not in a city.
