The Chicago Transit Authority, one of the largest employers in Chicago, has a dramatic racial imbalance in its workforce, records show.

Data obtained by WND through a Freedom of Information Act request reveals that whites and Hispanics are vastly underrepresented in the Chicago Transit Authority workforce.

Gee, I coulda told the author that...I used to work there!

Bus drivers = mostly black that I saw. Rail operators = mixed, depending on the terminal. Office = mixed, leaning towards black. Management, same thing. Maintenance, linemen etc. = mostly white.

It actually used to be a good place to work, on many levels...employees retiring after 35-40 years was not uncommon. And on the whole, the line workers and cube farmers got along very well. Unfortunately, the politicized idiots put in charge by Little Richie and Rahm-bo have driven a LOT of older, experienced employees to the exits—taking their knowledge and work ethic with them.
