This is a prayer thread for Mesta. I've been on the phone with her for hours today/yesterday (my sense of time is getting a little frassled), and we need a great amount of prayer.
Mesta went down hard a few days ago, I was on the phone when it happened and I heard her hit the floor and scream, then a bunch of running, slamming doors and chaos before the line went dead.
It was a couple of days before I was able to get her status and got my proper links to her hospital, and it doesn't look good. If she survives this time, she's going home to a cold house, at the edge of eviction, dragging an oxygen tank. She has a sort of a seal-team medical coverage, but no pension whatsoever. As for now, they're still doing tests, there's a team of doctors working on her and she's in and out of consciousness much of the time.

Wow. I was kinda hoping you would’ve said a prayer for MestaMachine who is extremely ill. I’ll bet anything it was an oversight on LucyT’s part. It’d be nice if you asked the mods to remove your post.
I think you need to mind your own business, it is evident you haven’t a clue.
Thank you for the ping, Lucy. I knew something was up with Mesta from seeing posts here and there on other threads. I had no idea what was going on though - how serious things were! I’ve only been able to stop by FR on occasion as of late.
I have prayed for her (as I said I knew something was wrong), but now my prayers join with everyone else’s with specific intentions... for her Healing, Strength, and Peace in God’s embrace; for the doctors and other medical staff for the wisdom to know how to help her best; and of course for Hardraade as well, what a wonderful friend you are to her.
Thanks for the update. Prayers sent for Mesta’s healing.
My God! I just heard about this. I really know nothing about Mesta except that she was devoted to the truth!

Thank you for your prayers, miss marmelstein. And all of you guys. Just getting the start of the day from the Hospital now, they just opened for incoming calls to the rooms. I think, not sure but I think, Mesta’s hearing is clearing up. Hoping for a good day :).
Message from Mesta: she’s doing the best she can, and asks you to keep the prayers coming. She appreciates them very much.

Mesta just got up and went to the bathroom. And back again. And nobody even knows what she did. She’s misbehaving, she says :).
