At a press conference today in Ramallah, President Barack Obama addressed the assembled journalists while standing under a Yasser Arafat banner:
"Hope everyone saw presser. If not there, it was notable that Obama and Abbas spoke from under a banner bearing pictures of Arafat and Abbas. Also another big banner was hanging on wall nearby with Abbas kind of superimposed on Arafat," the White House pool reporter notes.

Oh, no. That “standing up for Christianity” stuff is for people from the Bible and the saints, not for the Georgetown folks who call themselves Catholic just for convenience and fooling the students, certainly not for the USCCB (’affectionately” known in some Catholic circles as the United States Country Club of Bishops).
Take heart, seminaries are filling with young authentic Catholics, ditto convents with habit wearing nuns who understand religious persecution.

Hannity on a roll again tonight. He’s calling for war against Iran. So that makes 6 countries he now wants us to go to war against,,,all at the same time. Iran, Syria, Egypt, N. Korea, Russia, and China. Courageous talk from someone who never served in the military.
