RE :”The Republican National Committee will formally endorse immigration reform on Monday and outline plans for a $10 million outreach to minority groups — gay voters among them — as part of a multi-step roadmap designed to make the GOP more “welcoming and inclusive” for voters who overwhelmingly supported Democrats in 2012.
.......The RNC will also push for a tone of “tolerance and respect” in the immigration debate, create “senior level advisory councils” focused on minority groups, and establish “swearing in citizenship teams” to connect with new voters immediately after swearing-in ceremonies.
“We need to go to communities where Republicans do not normally go to listen and make our case,” the report says. “We need to campaign among Hispanic, black, Asian and gay Americans and demonstrate that we care about them, too
.”

Wow, they will 'connect' with these illegals as soon as they get their voting cards so they vote GOP.

I am sure the Ryan/Paul budget plans to cut poverty (ie anti-) programs will go over well with these new Hispanic voters getting GOP amnesty.

HBO starts playing a new documentary today to tear-jerk some stories and interviews of poor American families whose jobs disappeared. The families carefully selected (all white) w young cute looking kids given tear-jerker lines like this :
I would give up some of the food I get at school so my mommy would have something to eat at night

yep, I am sure that ‘outreach’ to illegals will be a big success. And heck, we need more poor unskilled labor.

Didnt the House GOP just vote down increasing the minimum wage? Think those fools at the RNC thought to poll that issue with these groups as well as the Ryan and Paul budget resolutions?

To hell with the leadership. This whole issue is about votes. They don’t want to fall any further back than they are. Well they can capture a few % of the vote with this but they lost mine.
We’ve been years behind Europe for the past several years. When they question social programs we expand ours. When parties are gaining strength there looking to slow down or maybe even reverse the destruction of their values we’re going to look to hasten ours.
Let the politicians left and right do this. They’ll not get my vote again.

Not that I dont believe there is a buncha RNC airheads that think like this——but we should factor in latino agit-prop.

The latino parasites are obsessed with taking over the US —— and flex their tabasco-soaked muscles as often as possible—to show they got pols under their salsa-stained thumb.

Another problem with this: how well will the RNC reachout to illegals work if the Senate amnesty group finally agrees on a bill (they claim they are having problems on agreement) and its passes (or fails) with most GOP voting against it and Dems voting for it.

This is what happened with the GWB/McCain amnesty proposals 2006/2007. They didnt result in Hispanic votes to GOP, they resulted in Hispanic votes to Dems. Those were disasters,

Yes, I heard this news that the GOP leader announced they would ‘imbrace’ immigration reform aka AMNESTY, even though the RNC platform says NO AMNESTY. These asses even lie to themselves. The numbers prove the GOP won’t gain numbers by catering to hispanics, so what is really going on here?

“Say there are only 12 mn illegal immigrants in America. Let’s assume they’re legalized and that Republicans achieve George W. Bush levels of the Hispanic vote (44%). That still gives the Democrats a net gain of 1.6 million new voters – 6.72 mn new supporters vs 5.28 mn.

Easy to see why the Democrats are for this. But why would a Republican Party that is not suicidally-minded support this?

If amnesty is passed, you can kiss the House, the Senate, the Presidency, and many governorships and state legislatures goodbye, forever. Republicans will never again be able to win any national election again. The Democrats will gain at least 1.6 mn new voters on net and will thus have permanent majorities in Arizona, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico, and Nevada”
