Chelsea Clinton and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, are in contract to buy a four-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot apartment in The Whitman, on the north end of Madison Square Park.
Come June, NoMad residents will be keeping up with the Clintons.

The apartment looks cold and lifeless.. No warmth whatsoever. Sharp-edged and steely w/synthetic hardwood floors.. The bathroom looks like a morgue. Yuck!
