Cincinnati.com has reported that Sister Marguerite Kloos has resigned as dean of the College of Mount St. Josephs art and humanities department, after being charged with voting fraud. Sister Kloos, 54, told investigators that she filled out an absentee ballot for Sister Marie Hewitt, another nun who died a month before Novembers election.

When you allow walk up voting, absentee ballots by mail, and no voter id you build fraud into the system.
The win then goes to the side that can commit the most fraud. This is not democracy. It will not end well.

Voter fraud should be punishable by death. The fact she is a nun shouldn’t save her from the needle.

Wasn't sure whether to post this in Religion or News.
It's a news story, not a religious story.
Reminds of when sports stars run afoul of the law and the story ends up in the sports section of the paper.

Aerodynamically absurd, of course, but it would be a hoot.
We lost a lot, when entirely too many nuns quit wearing a distinctive uniform.

You can't prosecute a dead woman, nor can she plead to an offense. This is the dead nun's roommate, who was a Dean at the College of Mt. St. Joseph. The DA reports she has agreed to plead guilty.
I'd love to get the story on the 100%+ precincts (although that is possible when you allow walk-up voting without registration, or if the registration list is out of date.) But we'll take what we can get.
Maybe they are prosecuting her because they think she vote Republican.

Yes it was reported today that she was indited for 6 counts of voter fraud. Hope she gets jail time. We'll see. The community that Sister belongs to is also in Guatemala, Mexico, and the West Indies. Could a quickie reassignment be in order?

Familiar with the nun and the college. She is a leftist liberal who spoke out in classes about her leanings. Hope they throw the book at her. Alot of teachers at that “”Catholic” college, especially the nuns, support the abortion loving democrats. We have a great prosecutor in Cincy.

You'd think they'd at least be blown off course . . . but they got rid of the cornettes in the 60s.

Y'know, committing voter fraud in the
first place doesn't speak real well for her honesty.
The idea that a sister would be committing a felony without a second thought just shows you how far these women have strayed from the fold.

Unfortunately they kicked the habit a long time ago.
They look just like every other mean-short-haired-sensible-shoe-pro-abortion woman.
Doing some kind of goofy ritual at their "spirituality center". They also, naturally, have a "labyrinth".
If I had wanted this kind of nonsense, I could have remained an Episcopalian. They do it with a modicum of class, too.

Personal behavior has nothing to do with her church affiliation.

I disagree. Not so much her church affiliation, but her membership in one of the dissident orders that basically have jettisoned religious belief for the "gospel of liberalism".
Certainly you can have one-offs, where a single individual does something of their own initiative, and their personal behavior has nothing to do with the group they belong to. But in this case, the order is notorious for being very radical politically and in bed with the Democrats, to the extent of defying their bishop on Catholic teaching.
An organization that believes in disobedience to lawful authority as some sort of virtue leads people to believe that they can break any law with impunity.
