A convicted terrorist serving life with no parole plus 240 years for masterminding the 1993 World Trade Center bombing has reportedly filed a lawsuit arguing he should be let out of solitary confinement.
"I request an immediate end to my solitary confinement and ask to be in a unit in an open prison environment where inmates are allowed outside their cells for no less than 14 hours a day," he reportedly wrote in confidential government records obtained by The Los Angeles Times.
His terror acts were funded by Al Qaeda and his uncle Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, who is allegedly the mastermind behind the September 11 attacks, The Los Angeles Times reports.

He should have been sentenced to death and executed, then we wouldn’t have this problem.
Sure why not? Let him out of solitary and let him mingle with deranged criminals about to be released. No doubt his influence on those troubled souls will be positive. Think the Federal judge will figure it out?

I can think of a way to end his solitary confinement. But it’s irreversible. And terminal.
There is a simple lead solution which would take him out of “solitary”.

Please point out the exact location in the Constitution, where it says that.
At least one person died as a result of his actions, by heart attack or otherwise, they still died. He should have never been treated as a criminal. Solitary for him is no more “cruel and unusual” than the dark, cold isolation of the grave. He has no Constitutional rights as a foreign combatant, regardless of what a POS democrat did to treat him as a criminal. Screw the son of a pig f’n dog.

I’ve always thought that eye for an eye is appropriate, and neither cruel or unusual. If one is willing to commit atrocities against another human, or group of humans, how can it be cruel or unusual? They were cruel first, and it’s not unusual because the perp did it first.
It would give a variety of ways to end his solitary confinement, too. Many in the WTC burned to death, many jumped to death, and many were smashed in the collapse. Pick one.
How so? You make an assertion with no substantiation.

Actually, its been pretty well proven solitary confinement has detrimental effects on the mental health of people who are in solitary confinement for extended periods of time. Look it up.

The last thing that is needed in the general prison population is anyone spreading the word of his evil, vile cult.

Furthermore, your statement is illogical on its face as he would, of necessity, have to interact with guards every day.

I know it’s wrong to feel this way, but it’s comforting to know this scumbag is suffering in ways he would never suffer if he was simply dead.
The fact that I desire to add painful physical torture to his sentence concerns me too. Perhaps if these vermin knew they would suffer a living hell when caught, they might reconsider their deeds.
