Democratic National Committee chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz attempted a bit of deception Monday in an effort to criticize GOP rising star Marco Rubio ahead of his State of the Union rebuttal Tuesday night. But on this occasion, the press wasn’t falling for it.
In a conference call Monday, Wasserman Schultz enlisted the help of Annette Capella, described by party officials as a “Medicare recipient from Florida,” to warn of the “extreme budget priorities,” they believe Rubio is likely to outline in his televised response to President Obama’s address.
Capella gave a lengthy and unflattering statement about Rubio, a U.S. senator from Florida and Tea Party favorite. She admitted he is an attractive politician but one who would make life more difficult for seniors by supporting a plan to alter Medicare by reducing benefits.
It turns out, however, that Capella is hardly your standard Medicare-dependent Floridian. She’s the Democratic Party’s state committeewoman for St. Johns County.

Gee, just one? She’s slipping.
This means that they know that Rubio is a real threat to their stranglehold on power. It means that Rubio can win and destroy all that democrats have worked, lied and cheated for.
The left collects information on anyone who can or will become a force in the Republican party. When they need to destroy him, they bring out the information. If they don’t have any, they encourage someone to “remember” what the evil Republican did 30 years ago.
Democrats live on lies.
It also means that if Romney had picked Rubio to be his running mate instead of Paul Ryan, then Marco Rubio would be Vice President right now.
To people like DWS and Stephanie Cutter, only today's "operative truth" matters, and that is the story they tell to further their agenda, which is an increase of their own power. Truth or falsity is irrelevant, as long as the story of the day advances the agenda. Should it later be shown that the "operative truth" is, in fact, an outright lie, it simply goes down the memory hole to be replaced by a new "operative truth".
Meanwhile Paul Krugman has called openly for death panels for the elderly. It IS liberal policy to let the elderly die.

Hold on folks. The story here is that the media actually would not buy the story. Usually they swallow this crap and beg for more. They must be afraid of being called racist. Interesting.
Nowhere in the article is it suggested that the woman was not a Medicare recipient. What am I missing here?

Any one remember Donald Sagretti (sp?) of Watergate “dirty trickster” fame? This is worse than anything he ever did and he he spent time in jail during that witch-hunt/purge.
