"Any1 who would run out to buy an assault rifle after the Newtown massacre has very little left in their body or soul worth protecting. ;^\"
Hey, gun owners: Theres very little about your life and even your very soul worth protecting if you bought an assault rifle after the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, according to funnyman Jim Carrey. Because, you know, he values life and stuff. The emoticon at the end of his tweet just shows how much he cares.
Dumb and Dumber doesnt begin to cover this one. And Much like Musket Morgan, were guessing Carrey couldnt define assault rifle if he tried.

So he’s basically saying that we’re on our own and will have to protect ourselves? (Which is actually pretty factual)
Anyone who buys a ticket to any Hollywood movie needs their head examined.
These people are enemies of freedom, and enemies of America.
I wonder if the Funny Man includes the State and Federal government in his absurd comments as well. I doubt that because hypocrisy is in the nature of all authoritarians.
Jim Carrey is yesterday’s newspapers. He hasn’t had a hit in years. Buh-Bye!
An erstwhile ‘funny’ guy whose zaniness reminded people of that other frigging flakeball, Robin Williams....it turns out that zaniness was just masking sheer idiocy and warped minds of both of them. Their notariety attained, their creepiness outed.
The most recent creepiness for Carrey was his awards show endless monologue about how hot “Emma Stone” is .... what a fagged out creepy, now-old, man. I haven’t watched his movies in years, nor William’s precisely because their depth is non-existent.
Somebody needs to take Mr. Carrey out behind the woodshed and adjust his attitude.
Actor and comedian, Jim Carrey, drives a silver Mercedes SL 63 AMG. Performance: Engine : V8 Horsepower: 525 bhp (386 kW) 0-60: 4.6s Top speed: 155 mph (250 km/h)
Hey Jim, I don’t know if its true that you own an “Assault Car” but nobody NEEDS a car with that much power that can go that fast. Anybody WANTING such a dangerous and evil machine has no soul.
How does that work for you?
Hey Jim Carrey, the people of Newton just voted to have armed guards at their school, RIGHT AFTER THEIR OWN MASSACRE. Apparently, you’re ignorant.
Go back to Canada, Jimbo.
Deport him too!
You’d have to.
He’s not going to leave the US willingly.
We made him rich.
Go back to sleeping in your car dope! A true idiot in every way. Hey hypocritical jim, have a body guard do ya? Are you and they licensed to carry? Do you have a gun at home to protect your sorry a##? Think about it, these cretans in hollywood, government, banks and corporations would not be who and what they are today without the American public. We do have the power, WE NEED TO REALIZE THIS IN MASS AND USE IT!
Just another Cowardly Canadian.
See post 17. Does anyone need that much “house”? What a greedy SOB.
This is an interesting question when it comes to "bodyguards". These people the travel around the country with the Rich and Famous must have to get permits for every jurisdiction they visit, right? WRONG!
Fact is, according to local laws, most of the time a privately hired, aremed, security detail accompanies someone to Los Angeles, DC, Chicago, NYC, Etc. they are breaking the law. Problem for most of them is, the local police will not provide security for these idiots when they request it.
While shooting a movie is different because they have to get permits, etc. and there are special "responsibilities" the city issueing the permit takes on. But to be on Oprah or David Letterman? If they have armed body guards they are likely (not always) committing a felony.
You think any of them care (or even realize it)?
Carrey creeped me out as soon as he arrived on the scene in Hollyweird. He even made Robin Williams seem quasi normal by comparison, so you know the creep-o-meter had pegged out somewhere in the stratosphere.
Carrey had this peculiar, sociopathic con-artist vibe from the get-go, as if a pathological sleezeball was attempting to hide behind a wall of schizoid “humor”. Of course that was/is just my impression.
I got a similar impression of Williams, but Williams appeared to be more of a smug, elitist punk than anything else.
I remember when comedians got laughs because they were genuinely funny but not full of themselves. These two seemed more interested in controlling their audiences through creepy skills.
