President Barack Obama and, for that matter, most of America seem woefully ignorant about a scandal unfolding at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. As hard as it is to believe, outgoing Administrator Lisa Jackson actually appears to have had agency personnel create a fictitious employee by the name of “Richard Windsor” so that Jackson could appropriate the Windsor’s email address for her own purposes.
We’re not talking about some alias to be used for personal correspondence but a totally false identity in whose name official business was allegedly conducted created specifically to avoid federal record-keeping and disclosure requirements. And none of this would ever have been uncovered were it not for the courage of a still anonymous whistleblower and the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Christopher Horner, an attorney with the legal smarts and experience needed to unravel it all.
Earlier this week, thanks to Horner’s good work, the EPA was supposed to produce the first installment of some 12,000 secret, previously undisclosed emails. Not because it wanted to but because a federal court order required it to.
Under the order, the EPA was to provide the first installment of 3,000 e-mails with three additional installments of 3,000 e-mails to follow. Rather than provide the required emails, however, EPA’s cover letter accompanying its production of emails said it “produced more than 2,100 emails received or sent” by Jackson on an official alias e-mail account.

One commentor at the Breitbart site said that Holder was protecting Jackson because she is black. That is only part if it, the old “black solidarity, circlejerk the wagons” over race, gender, political party, etc.
Well Jackson is black - so what is she is competent, which she is not and never has been.
She is a woman. So what. I’ve known very competent women in the environmental field who weren’t wackos.
She’s a marxist. Now that is something you don’t see mentioned anywhere. She is the direct protege’ of former EPA head Carol Browner, once an open member of the International Socialists, a marxist, European leftwing part of the European Democratic Socialist landscape. Browner was Obama’s environmental advisor until they brought in another marxist Van Jones (the leader of the violence-advocating “STORM” organiation).
Jackson is corrupt. These email scandals and the avoidance of a legal court order to produce shows that, like most Obama marxists and advisors, she thinks that she is above the law. That is for gun-owners and businesses. Not her and her organization.
Holder protects the corrupt, the commies, the criminals, the incompetent, the “sisters”, and anyone appointed by Obama and his cronies.
The word “Constitution” has no meaning to Obama, Holder or Jackson. Court orders don’t mean a damned thing, except for Republicans and conservatives.
We are in a post-Constitutional autocracy heading towards a downright marxist authoritarian regime (re gun confiscation, IRS checks on dissenters, coverups of Fast & Furious, and possibly police/ATF raids on legal gun-dealers and owners).
Obama read Marx and Engles and Lenin and Alinsky and understood what had to be done to bring about “Hope and Change”.
Translated into English for the great uninformed, what he was saying was “You dopes, we’ll bring about our change and you can’t do a thing about it.”
Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Castro, Chavez and Alinsky are smiling in their graves, and why not? Obama is their direct heir to marxist ideology and he is doing everything they said to do to bring it into dominance in the U.S.
I’m just waiting for the knock on the door, as are many others, like my relatives who heard it in the late 1930’s in Austria. It was the last thing they heard at their door but they did hear another door closing at Auschwitz.
Arrest Lisa Jackson for fraud. These Emails are probably the U.N. Agenda 21 crowd’s direct line to her. Are we keeping a list of all the cover-up’s committed by this regime; Holder (F&F), Hillary (Benghazi), Jackson (Windsor), etc..??
