They discussed this in a closed door session away from the people. They are passing it without waiting the three days so they don't have to hear the PEOPLE’s voice.
The Senate is a Republican majority and they are evidently going along with this.

The majority of NY Republicans are RINOS, so it shouldn’t be surprising that RINO Republicans side with the Democrats, on many issues. All RINOS everywhere, seriously and successfully, need to be kicked out of the GOP, at each and every political level and as soon as possible, if U.S. conservatism is going to survive, for the long-term!

My senator is Michael Ranzenhofer (NY District 61) and he voted against this bill, but there were enough Republican senators willing to vote for this unconstitutional bill to pass it by a 43-18 margin, betraying their constituents!
