Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr.’s wife Sandi, a Chicago alderman, was called a traitor to the community by local grassroots activist Mack Glover. Glover's accusation came during a December meeting about the housing and foreclosure problems in the black communities of Chicago’s south and west sides. His comments were directed at Jackson’s facilitation of the largest “planned urban development” (PUD) in the country.

Glover accused Sandi Jackson of being a sellout for helping the project move forward and thereby giving a “white developer $100 million” to build a project in the black community, where Glover and other grassroots activists at the meeting say “black people will not be getting any jobs.” Glover’s comments blasting Sandi Jackson received applause from the entire room of nearly 200 black Chicagoans.

It is going to be a very dark (no pun intended) future for the USA as more and more of these “black first and foremost” knuckle dragging bigots get into office.

We have seen Detroit, Buffalo, and many other cities being dragged down into the cesspool of “black first and foremost” thinking.

Obviously, this is one of a couple of cultures that has no intention of thinking what is best for the country but is stuck on what is best for my group.

We have seen what a Black-centric Justice Department is willing to do on any issue which may affect one of their people.

We have seen what a Black-centric White House is willing to do on any issue which may affect one of their people.

Let me see if I have this right. Replacing an abandoned steel mill and slum area with:
“The ambitious plan promises nearly 13,575 new residences, a new high school, 17.5 million square feet of retail space, 125 acres of new parks, a 1,500 boat slip marina, as well as a potential site for the Barack H. Obama Presidential Library.” is bad?
Because the Brothas and Sistas there don't have the skills to or even the brains to apply for a job, Sandi Jackson is a traitor and a sellout. But I do figure that there is more to this story than we know. Bribes? Kickbacks?

Watched a TV interview a few months ago of four older (40’ish) Black women from Chicago who had gone to school and learned to do all kinds of finishing work inside new residential construction. Said they could not get jobs in the construction industry because they were not in any Union. One of them who had her back to the camera said the Union business manager told her to go get a job hoeing in somebody’s garden. So I would suspect there is more to this story than is being told.

I think JJjr had sold out to Indian businessmen (dot), but this being America circa 2012 you cannot mention race unless it is to brow beat the white devils. Something that's never discussed in "polite society" is the fact that unions are first and foremost, designed to limit who gets the jobs, and just like the guilds of long ago, they were designed to make sure that "the rabble" is kept out." BTW, how many of big union leaders are minorities? Or are they just a bunch of old, white guys? Or young white guys from the "right" families?

The best thing that could be done to fix Chicago would be 7 megatons on top of City Hall during a city council meeting (because you’d nail most of the real ‘Rats at one time). Filling in and rebuilding the crater would mean “jobs” for the people with any skills. Or, we could just leave as is and let the feral population have it.
