Air strike on WMD would require targeting groups to be on ground
(Israel Today) Various Western, Arab and Israeli media reports have been claiming for over a month now that Israeli special forces are on the ground in Syria in an effort to keep tabs on its chemical weapons stockpile.
Those reports mesh well with news that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited neighboring Jordan this week to discuss with King Abdullah a possible air strike on the bulk of Syrias weapons of mass destruction. Such an air strike would require targeting groups to be on the ground.
On Thursday, Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Moshe Yaalon said that American forces were also gearing up for possible intervention in Syria should the embattled regime of dictator Bashar Assad employ chemical weapons against rebels.

Behold Damascus will cease to become a city
Let’’s hope Obama doesn’t know exactly where. Or they may not last long.
Make sure they write down lot numbers it back to Iraq.
Some things are better left unsaid.
If Israel is doing this, it’s doing the Western world a large favor.
Why don’t we just out them for it...
So if the Russians say they have control of Syrian chemical weapons and Israel launches a strike on those weapons won’t some Russians probably get hurt/killed?
If so then where does that put the relationship between Russia and Israel?
WOW-—thanks for posting this.
You’re welcome! If you like to put together current events and prophecy, and if you have a Google account, I think it is worth following this blog.

Amen brother
I bet the Russians treat these operators better than they did ours in Benghazi. They knew that we would not react to the killing of our people by their proxies. If they get in the way at the WMD sites they will be handled.
This certainly isn’t the first time Israel special operations have worked in Syria. Anybody else remember that Israeli strike on the Syrian nuclear site that was in the news for less than 24 hours, just a couple of years ago?

If the Alawite Assad wants to use WMDs on the Sunni Muslims who are trying to overthrow him, why would Israel interfere?
The Sunnis are backed by Saudi Arabia, al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood and other anti Israel groups.
Letting them tear each other up is in Israel's and our interests, since we both have enemies on both sides.-tom
The ultimate and last attack on Israel will be led by the Russians.
Check out Bekka Valley.
Supposedly that is where Saddam's wmd were stashed.
Agreed... Thanks for the note of agreement.
