Oh yeah, now that you mention it. Really good too. That’s the great part about the Twilight Zone, as soon as somebody mentions an episode you remember it, and you loved it.
R.I.P.
Trivia: Jack Klugman’s son Adam is a massive left wing activist.
Yes, he was the father.
Brett Somers shares the blame for that imbecile.
RIP, Mr. Klugman. I loved him on the TZ, especially the episode where he challenges Jonathan Winters to a game of pool (with very high stakes). I also really liked him on The Odd Couple and in 12 Angry Men. Quincy was okay. I enjoyed the science behind it, but I didn’t like it being the part of what I called “The Lou Grant Effect”. That is, many episodes were simply set pieces for the trendy cause d’jour. Still, even when the show was it its preachiest, Klugman was a fine actor and a class act.
All 12 angry men are now gone.
I’ll always fondly remember him for that film and his wonderful performance in “The Odd Couple.”
RIP, Jack.
A great man who left behind a great body of work. Rest in Peace. You can go to that great theater in the sky.
I agree with you. The Quincy show was left wing...
Typical liberal drivel.
Just watched that episode on Netflix last night. Great performance by Klugman.
Jack Klugman was a great actor, one of that handful of actors who made anything they were in better just because they were in it.
LOL! I doubt he wrote that episode.
Maybe he was a liberal, maybe not. If he was, at least he wasn’t a bigmouth “activist” about it.
One memorable Quincy (that is widely mocked today) alerted us to the dangers of punk rock.
Who among us didn’t think he was dead?
“I like ketchup. It’s like tomato wine”
That is exactly what I was thinking.
RIP.
I believe Courtney Vance, Dorian Harewood and James Gandolfini are still alive
“Who among us didn’t think he was dead?”
I’ll admit to it, RC. When I read the headline, I thought that he had passed years ago from cancer. RIP, Jack.
