How does one control the number of bullets a gun owner gets? Does the “controller” ask the gun owner, “How many bullets do you need to kill someone who breaks in your house - would that be 1 or 2 or maybe 3? Are you going to kill a deer? How mnay bullets do you need for a deer? Would that be 1? Here are your 4 bullets but try not to use more than one for an intruder, that would give you two more for the deer.
There is now a tax on each bullet, that tax being $10.00 a bullet so your bill is $40 tax plus $20 for each bullet which is $80 for four bullets which is a total of $120 for the four bullets. Thanks for being a customer of your Federal Government Bullet Issuing Department.
