It is very sensitive of you to also think of the first responders who had to witness this horror of small, beautiful little children and the adults trying to protect them being massacred. Amen. How do you go from being onsite witnessing this today to sitting down and having a normal Christmas dinner, New Year's Eve etc. without having it creep into your mind and disrupt your thoughts? Prayers for everyone involved in trying to help or doing their job today.
Hopefully they will have good follow up counseling for survivors as well. Some could be at risk of recurrent PTSD. They are so young.
