A crazed gunman dressed in black went on a rampage at a Connecticut elementary school this morning, in a massacre that left the shooter and 26 dead others - including 18 children.
Adam Lanza, 20, shot his mother dead and targeted her kindergarten class at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., sources sais. Sources also told The Post that Lanza's mother was a teacher at the school and he "had a dispute with her."
Lanza is dead inside the school.
Lanza used two handguns and a .223-caliber assault rifle, an official said. The official also said that New Jersey state police are searching a location in connection with the shootings.
Police in Hoboken, NJ are questioning Lanza's older brother Ryan, 24, but he is not a suspect.

I am very interested in learning just what kind of mental baggage Adam Lanza was carrying.
I cannot imagine what would cause anyone to to go so far off the deep end. Though I cannot help but wonder if maybe we now have too many people living too damn close to each other. No elbow room anymore. Just too damn many jammed together like mice in a cage. I do not know, just trying to make some sense of this.
Perhaps they meant “high-velocity”?

Look at how the tax cuts became “for the rich”, healthcare was about “Cadillac plans” and the like.

All of these shooters are on Ritalin or other psychotropic drugs. All of them.

The media already bringing up gun control..UNBELIEVABLE..the children are not even buried yet and the media is already finding a way to promote their agenda. You take away the guns from every single person in this country and guess what, people will still find a way to kill..Look at Israel, how many guns has Hamas or Hezbollah used on Israelis, NONE..they use rockets and suicide bombers. Not one gun is ever used..when you have a sick demented piece of garbage, they will find a way to fulfill their sick fantasy
To attribute the actions of this POS to a possible physical problem is to ignore and dismiss the whole concept of evil. This guy did not do this because he had a "mental" illness. He did it because he was a souless, heartless monster. He did it be HE (his entire being, not merely his brain synapses) was evil. How he got there is not clear but somewhere along the line he ceased being a human being and became an evil, heartless and soulless monster.
No one can kill a room full of children because of some chemical imbalance or imperfect brain activity. If you kill a room full of children it is because you are a evil monster.
Evil exists my FRiend. It is not mental illness. It is evil. If you fail to recognize it, you may become a victim of it.
These children all saw it before they died. It tears me up inside to know that the last thing they saw on earth was an evil heartless soulless monster. No amount of mental health could have stopped this because it wasn't a mental problem. He may have had some underlying mental issues (don't we all) but when you cross certain lines it is no longer a brain issue, but a soul issue. This guy had no soul.

Well I stand corrected. I’m not sure as to the point that you’re making, that such guns should be illegal? Ban anything over a .45?
The media is going to portray this as that the law allows anybody to buy a personal armory that could allow you to take on an army, and so guns should be banned.
I’m just trying to counter that before it takes off.
I’d be curious to know if Glock 20s are only available to law enforcement. If that’s the case, then there really are some serious questions to be answered.
Perhaps it’s your upbringing. The whole concept of “assault weapon” is a misnomer perpetrated by the press. The appearance of a firearm has little to do with it’s purpose or lethality. It’s accessories, however, may well define it’s purpose.
“Scary black guns” are not the root of the problem.
Idiots who commit violent crimes are the problem.
Stabbings, bombings, poisonings and assorted other methods including well aimed cars are as lethal, they just lack the push of a political group that knows the only to make subjects of Americans is to disarm them.

Uh oh. Austistic? If this is true his mother would have been in big trouble had she not been killed. She allowed an autistic kid access to her guns.
