Er what kind of parents rasie kids to get guns and kill children?

Parents dont raise their children to kill others...our cutlure does. And there is a point where parents cannot keep the culture out.
This doesn’t happen in countries that are teeming with guns, Switzerland, Israel, etc.
We look down on Western Europe, but their kids are playing hack and slash video games and they are not put on psychotropic drugs like candy like we do here, and this doesn’t happen there.
Our culture is probably the worst in the “developed” world.
