In the 70 percent of Texas public schools where a private curriculum has been installed, students are learning the fact that Allah is the Almighty God, charge critics of a new online curriculum that already is facing condemnation for its secrecy and restrictions on oversight.
The program, called CSCOPE, is a private venture operating under the umbrella of the Texas Education Service Center Curriculum Collaborative, whose incorporation documents state its independence from the State Board of Education of the Texas Education Agency.
Other reports previously have raised alarm over the curriculums depiction of the Boston Tea Party as a terrorist act on par with the 9/11 attack.
According to documentation that has leaked out, the program describes the Boston Tea Party this way: A local militia, believed to be a terrorist organization, attacked the property of private citizens today at our nations busiest port. Although no one was injured in the attack, a large quantity of merchandise, considered to be valuable to its owners and loathsome to the perpetrators, was destroyed. The terrorists, dressed in disguise and apparently intoxicated, were able to escape

Reality sucks. Texas will soon have a majority Hispanic population as will most of the border states and Aztlan will be established.
We can deny all we want but we have been invaded by the womb and we will not survive it.
Good observation by the way.
Every Texan knows that. We’re the only state that was its own Republic before joining the US, and the Texas flag is the only one that can be flown at the same height as the US flag.
So where's the ACLU and Freedom From Religion Foundation? Clearly these schools are violating the Establishment Clause, unless that clause only applies to Christianity.
Hawai'i can also fly its flag at the same height as the US flag, says this genetic Texan.
I really believe CS Lewis alluded to Allah being Tash, the demon that the people of Calormene worshiped in some of his Narnia series.
Thank you, stanne, but that disclaimer wasn't necessary. After all, you listed five examples and already overlooked The Alamo, Guy Clark, and Charles Hardin Holley.
I believe the conservatives have lost the majority on the state school board because it has liberal Republicans, such as Ratliff, and one or two others on it now. Many of the voters are too uninformed to know who is conservative and who is not when it comes to the state board. Democrats expect to rebound in TX in 2014 after a long hibernation.
(The Bible talks about a certain thing called "the second death." Now you might deem yourself as more authoritative than the Bible; or discount the Bible; but IF there are deceptive teachings on this planet that lead people down the pathway to hell...ya better believe that since Jesus said WIDE is the road that leads to destruction...and NARROW is the way that leads to life...it seems to me He is telling us that BILLIONS of people have headed--are headed--and will head for that destructive "second death"...And who are YOU to preach against that?)
Phooey, I know better than to mess with, well, you know.
He will judge them sitting at the right hand of the Father and commit them to eternity away from Him. The road is indeed "wide" with those who travel that road and are lost. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord and believe fully in his inspired word the Holy Bible...sans "other books." shalom
PS. In case you didn't get it my reference to "270 million" are the murdered and beheaded innocent souls killed by islamic terrorists in the last 1400 years. God will judge them!
"...who, being themselves but fallible and uninspired men, have assumed dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible, and as such endeavoring to impose them on others, hath established and maintained false religions over the greatest part of the world, and through all time;...that it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government, for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself, that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict, unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate, errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them. Oh, they are not so bad.
A little pepper rub, grill over oak and mesquite, sprinkle on some fresh lemon juice.

I’ve never heard Islam described as a war plan but I’ve never heard it described better.
Pirates. Son of a gun.
Didn't think about that one but I betcha we are the only State in the lower 48 "whats got Pie-rats."
Adding pirates to the post.
Then they come back five hours later and hunt for coyotes over the dead hogs using night-vision rifle scopes and infra-red laser illuminators.
Air Assault... Air Mobile.
Oh yeah, most definitely YEAH!
Adding Air Mobile Operations to the post.
What with the fire ants, pirates and Air Mobile Operations (aka "hunting") the post is getting a bit long.
But it's gettin goooood...

There is no God named Allah

Calling Gov. Perry fans, calling Gov. Perry fans...
Those millions of illegals in TX will be voting—and voting Democrat—before you know it.
