Documentary filmmaker Ken Burns called both the current secessionist movement and elements of the Tea Party racist during an interview late last month on NBC's "Meet the Press."
The award-winning filmmaker doubled down on those accusations during an interview with Breitbart News.
Burns is currently promoting "The Central Park Five," a documentary detailing how five innocent teens were convicted of a horrific rape which shocked the Big Apple back in 1989.
The filmmaker, who works primarily on projects for PBS, says there wouldn't be a birther movement with a President Joe Biden in the White House. Burns then turned his attention to the Tea Party, saying a friend who attended a Tea Party event told him "almost every one she met there invoked the 'n-word'" about the president, he recalls.
That friend isn't the only one hearing that racial slur of late, he alleges.
"I have heard in last four years the 'N-word' used more often than in the rest of my life," the 59-year-old filmmaker says, adding Obama's detractors routinely call the president "un-American," the "other" and a Muslim.

Isn’t it funny that use of the “n” word is so prevalent at tea party gatherings, but we have yet to see a single cell phone video capturing it? You’d think that Burns, who’s made some terrific documentaries, might have a little higher standard of evidence.

Ken Burns writes his own version of history. He is a legend in his own mind. Taxpayers have been bilked into funding his tripe on government-sponsored PBS as part of its media propaganda arm.

He dipwad, with all the cell phones at the rallies, could you find one instance that it actually happened? Kind of like there less UFO sightings now that cell phones are everywhere.
I went to the HUGE Kill the Bill rally at the US Capitol last spring, the crowd was enormous, and I took the kids
I never heard a single racist comment or slur
The crowd was about as all-American as you can get, and multi ethnic
the only questionable signs were carried by a Lyndon LaRouche contingent
and by the way- as photos showed, not a piece of trash was left behind by those thousands and thousands of people, pretty amazing testament ot the civic mindedness and adult behavior of the TEA Party
