At least 304 uncounted ballots appear in St. Lucie County.
From PBP article before the ballots were found:
At least 304 ballots from the early vote totals may be missing, a state elections official said.
A lawyer for St. Lucie Elections Supervisor Gertrude Walker said the missing ballots are believed to be in a box in her office, but she has been out of the office all day.
She has been undergoing tests at the hospital, her lawyer said.
“In the meantime, mission accomplished.”
I’m not sure about that since more ballots have been found. I don’t think West is at the end of the legal process yet.
I wouldn’t argue with you on that.

(2) It is unlawful for any person to barter, trade, sell, or give away a voter information card unless said person has been duly authorized to issue a voter information card.
(3) It is unlawful for any person willfully to destroy or deface the information card of a duly registered voter.
(4) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Don’t care how they scream- the law is the law. And the law is on Allen West’s side- all their lies and propaganda can’t change that.
I predict- they will “recess” or “continue” the meeting tonight (rather than adjourn and have to notice all over again and lose another 24 hours.) Tomorrow they will agree to re-tabulate ALL 37000 early votes under the watchful eyes of the state Division of Elections, with or without Gertrude.
Their 5% error rate exceeds both state and federal standards- by a long shot- and they likely understand that by now. If the numbers don’t add up- God help them.
The state has removed an elected Supervisor before- not so long ago- for just this kind of idiocy. Standard procedures don’t let ballot boxes go missing or uncounted. Competent, well trained staff don’t make these kind of sloppy mistakes. And that falls right on her. I think she’s toast, and she knows it. We had another one (Broward, I think) pull this same trick of going to the hospital in the middle of a messy count. They let her retire-

There is now obvious proof of incompetence at least! Why are ballots scattered all over the place? Were some singled out for special attention?
If Jamie Dupree is down there reporting on it it’s gonna go big time!
Why does she believe they are there? or, more importantly how did they get there?
On a scale from incompetence to outright election fraud I'd strongly lean to the latter.

That may well be the law, but I guarantee you once Murphy is certified, West will be found to have no standing with out regard to the law or his evidence or anything else.
That is how the court sytem shuts us subjects down, that is hwo this game is played.

There are votes in my trunk.... there are votes in my closet... am I winning now? I found some more in a gym bag in the locker... look over there, some ballots under the table we somehow missed.... am I winnig yet?
Good news...Hopefully the canvassing board will go for the recount.
Next, it will be “my dog ate them”!
