Florida’s immigrants are Cuban. There’s a big difference. They are Conservative. You are correct about Virginia.

We do need to get the Hispanic vote, but I don’t see that happening as we have no freebies to offer. They love their freebies although they are Conservative at heart.

The Republicans don't have to get them all. They just have to get sufficient Hispanic votes to win these swing states. As I said on another thread, the GOP should be focusing on the teenage and young adult children of Hispanic immigrants. This second generation is likely to be much better educated and less tolerant of the slackers who make up a big chunk of the Democratic base.

I suspect recent immigrants -- even illegal ones -- would almost unanimously find that YouTube video of that quasi-humanoid mutant in Ohio babbling about her free cell phone utterly repulsive.
