Romney ahead of Obama in Pennsylvania by Four Posted on November 2, 2012 by eriecogop
Susquehanna Polling and Research results for Pennsylvania released today shows Mitt Romney leading President Obama 49% to 45% among 1376 likely voters. Two percent are undecided and 3% are for other candidates.
In the same sample Republican Tom Smith leads Senator Casey by two percentage points in the race for the United States Senate seat from Pennsylvania. Smith is at 48% to Caseys 46% according to this poll.
Diana Irey Vaughan (R) is tied with McCord at 45% each, David Freed(R) trails Kane by 45% to 47% and Maher(R) leads DePasuale 45% to 44%.
This poll shows the highly competitive nature of all statewide races where there are no highly favored candidates and it also reveals that Pennsylvania is definitely in play for both the presidential and senatorial races which will determine control of the direction of this nation between two differing visions on energy independence, education, international trade, balancing the budget and support for small businesses.
No poll that I could find on their website. Maybe they are getting one last one ready over this weekend before the election. Hopefully with good news. They seem to work for the PA-GOP, so in a way it is an internal poll. Still, would be interesting to see movement, if any, from Oct. 13 to today. That would tell us a lot. They got close in 2008, so if they release a poll on Monday, I would trust it.
I think the poll is from about 2-3 weeks ago. Not sure why everybody is hopped up.
Intuition. We haz it.
We ARE winning PA. My brother in law is working at a Romney office in the Philly burbs. He reports massive enthusiasm levels. People volunteering to knock on doors and make calls. More people than they no what to do with. He said they are so sure of high turnout by our folks they are now working on soft Demorats and Indys.
The libs will be cryin Tuesday night. They just don’t know it yet.
a stupid question. if its a landslide, does he still convene lawyers looking for some ballots to challenge?
Amen!

That’s great news. Thanks for sharing.
Biggest problem with Ohio is that Obumbler has dropped $20 million in negative Romney adds in OH and he is an Ogre. That being said, I believe he will take OH because O’Bumbler polls below fifty percent and the Cuyahoga County area is WAYYYY down in voters and momentum for the One.
I am in Scranton PA. Reliable lib country. There are few Obama signs. There are many Romney signs. Casey’s homestead is close by. There are NO Casey signs. None.
PA is going for Romney this year.
Lets go viral. we all need to send axelrod razors.
I wonder why this is not on Drudge yet?

I think Drudge is explaining to Obama that Sandy is a two-edged sword.
Poll is not released yet. Senate poll was, finding the Pubbie -1.
I was 14 years old shining my cavalry boots at Culver Military Academy when I heard Nixon resigned. I was sad Carter beat Ford. I was a senior at Indiana University when Reagan beat Carter; I watched into the wee hours of the morning with glee as one old line liberal after another was swept away. In my home office I have a tintype reproduction of the front page of the Bloomington Herald-Telephone of March 31, 1981, with two memorable headlines: “Hoosiers, NCAA Champs” and “Reagan Condition Excellent After Surgeons Remove Bullet.”
An idea for a bumper sticker:
“It’s time for a swap at the top”
I know it’s too late in the game to try to get it to happen before election day, but your post made the phrase pop into my head.
