Have you voted Yet? (Vanity)

Posted on 10/31/2012 2:44:02 PM PDT by BornToBeAmerican

I just voted, I hope everyone has or is going to.

The place was packed and it was good to see. I know Texas is safe, but one is never safe doing nothing.

Go Vote

You got it. We are holding ours till election day because of fraud by the Dems. Multnomah county is always permitted to have their drop off place open hours after the 8:00 deadline.
We also have a Dem Sec of State that refuses to make the county election offices destroy unused (until the Dems use them) ballots, which is the law.

I live and vote in Washington sate, so I am used to my vote not meaning a damn thing. BUT, I voted a week ago.

I voted straight R ticket. I voted for R & R, against anything that could raise taxes or give the politicians in my state more power, against homosexual marriage, and the against legalization of marijuana.

You mean this?

A messege to those who plan to vote 'third party' or 'Sit this one out'- by Canada Free Press writer JB Williams:

“Surely, my fellow Americans understand that they have only ONE chance to remove a communist cabal from power peacefully. That chance is November 6, 2012… Who can afford to focus on anything else?

No true Patriot will be sitting out the election at home this time. No decent American will sit on the sidelines in some futile 3rd party fantasy or protest. There is simply too much at stake.

We currently have a known enemy of our nation residing in the people’s White House. The people didn’t have the good sense to stop it in 2008. The courts didn’t have the courage to stop it or rectify the disaster after the 2008 election. Congress hasn’t had the backbone to correct the fraud and hold all accountable, even after the 2010 cycle that swept so-called Tea Party candidates into political power. Not even state governments have the honor and courage to block a known fraud from appearing on the ballot again in 2012.

That means that righting the greatest wrong ever perpetrated in American politics is left to the American people alone. They will get ONE CHANCE to end this charade, peacefully, on November 6th. If they fail to end it peacefully, they will be left with only a Second Amendment solution. There is no other solution at that point.

When did communism become an American Dream for some? A long time ago… When the American people allowed it.

When did the communist dream become acceptable to the rest of America? Only YOU can answer this one, on November 6th, 2012.

No American can afford to sit this one out or play childish games with fantasy candidates. — Removing this criminal communist cabal from power is the ONLY relevant issue of the 2012 election. Only a traitor, a coward or a fool would tell you any different!”

It is true that my state will go Obama regardless (WA).

Congratulations on your candidate’s very probable win in the upcoming Presidential Election.

Me, I’m convinced we’re in the End Times and given only bad choices. I will not endorse or facilitate. Romney will go social liberal at the earliest opportunity.

I believe this is just another country now, not Blessed or in any way favored by God.

I disagree with your abstention for the reasons outlined in post 15.

Electing Romney will not save the Republic, but it will buy time to get it done. Helping Obama win (by taking a vote from Romney) is voting to continue the faster-than-creeping movement toward socialism. Using the voting privilege to advance socialism should be shameful behavior for any Freeper.

My method is to vote conservative in the primary and republican in the general. I know of not one election contest since my first vote in 1964 where the republican hasn't been less in favor of higher taxes and more regulation than his democrat opponent.

On the other hand, if you think I hold republicans in high regard, look at my tag line.

We shouldn’t have to worry about rain tomorrow, but I may have to wear my hoodie. It’s supposed to be in the low 60s then. Brrrr.

It’s too late for all that. Country and culture were lost some time ago. Definitely became the case on January 22, 1973 (especially since that decision hasn’t been reversed and won’t be). With the inevitable generational increase in secularly-schooled unChristians the left will increase 5% each Presidential Election cycle. We were all born too late if a lifetime living as our founders intended was the goal.

There will hundreds of electrical line workers from across the nation going to the northeast to help restore power.

It is to late to vote by mail. Should these slackers skip the election or should they make New York wait it after Nov 6?

Not voting until election day, but as I said on another thread the other day, I am champing / chomping at the bit!!!

(In other words, I can't wait to go into that voting booth with both hands blazing, like this!!!)

(Praying for a landslide, to discourage all future B.O.'s from attempting to duplicate this one's anti-American efforts ever again.)

Mrs. Typelouder and I will vote on Tuesday as well as the eldest of the Typelouder children who will be casting his/her first ever ballot in a presidential election.

I’ll be wearing my Don’t Tread on Me sweatshirt with my Infidel ballcap just in case anyone is wondering which way I’m voting.

I’ll also have the younger Typelouders there to show and ingrain in them the importance of voting and exercising their rights.

I don’t trust absentee voting and feel strongly that effort must be put forth to vote.

One of my friends is a judge (R) at our local polling place. She has worked every election for at least the last ten years and says she has never seen such a turnout. They even added 8 more voting machines for this election and rarely ever are more than 1 or 2 unoccupied. About time people got involved.

So if they are reported as soon as the polls close they must have already been counted, Right?

We had over 30,000 vote on the first day here in San Antonio.

You do have your UN observers in place, don't you? :)
