Is there any treason against the American
people which the US State Dept will NOT do?

A cop can make your life very miserable without arresting you.

The threats to Texas officials by the States AG and the State Dept in Washington beg the response “ Or you’ll do what?”
As for immunity from arrest? Nonsense, perhaps an immunity from prosecution but ANYBODY can be arrested and detained. The legalities of the arrest can be dealt with later, after the elections in this case and by then we all know nothing will ever come of it.

This is part of the islamic takeover of America “2020” Plan. They have highjacked the united nations and are using the access to infiltrate their own into the country. It’s time for patriots to wake up!

So the UN is observing in Springfield, Illinois, but Crook County and Rahmabad traditionally, and proudly, boasts of legendary voting fraud, lack of ballot box security studied by the Argonne National Labs Center for Physical Security, dead voters, etc. Yup, the UN is focused like a laser beam on voter fraud. Good job to the blue-pastel-helmeted weenies.

The FedGov can let them in the country, but once they enter any particular state, they fall under the laws of that state. It’s none of the Fed’s business unless what the state does violates the US constitution.

International election observers planning to visit Texas polling places have full immunity from being arrested in the United States Then maybe they need to stay IN the 'United States' and keep their ass OUT of Texas.
Our AG is smart enough to know pesky legal things like the 10 Amendment to the US Constitution, the Rule of Exclusion, AND the legal definition of the 'United States', doncha know!
I also noticed the only place they're going to be is the most liberal place in the State. Guess they don't have the 'nads to show up where us gun totin', Bible thumpin' rednecks live.

The State Dept. does not run Texas. Go lie to some Obama-loving media person about Benghazi massacre, Hillary. You’re good at that.

Im not going to get into any kind of hypothetical situations or predict where this is going to go other than to say we have every expectation that this will be worked out and to state the fact, which is that under U.S. law they are eligible for immunities, said State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland. Reporters tried to get her to state explicitly that Texas could not arrest election observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), but Nuland would only reiterate that OSCE observers have full immunity."
OK. They can play the Federales game: no arrest. Texas can simply "detain" and provide immediate escort to the State line. This way out, boys. Head North, and don't stop until you're up to your necks in the Potomac river.

I hope the Texas AG puts them all in "protective custody" the very minute they arrive...
