International election observers planning to visit Texas polling places have full immunity from being arrested in the United States Then maybe they need to stay IN the 'United States' and keep their ass OUT of Texas.
Our AG is smart enough to know pesky legal things like the 10 Amendment to the US Constitution, the Rule of Exclusion, AND the legal definition of the 'United States', doncha know!
I also noticed the only place they're going to be is the most liberal place in the State. Guess they don't have the 'nads to show up where us gun totin', Bible thumpin' rednecks live.

I have 30 years of experience of having to deal with compliance with both state and federal laws and regulations. You can be out of compliance with neither, either , or both. These in many cases are exclusive.
So as far as I am concerned the state has much right to enforce their rules as the feds do. Secondly, what enforcement agency will bid the SD's rules domestically? AG?, DOJ?.... Good luck with getting that worked out by election time.
