I have 30 years of experience of having to deal with compliance with both state and federal laws and regulations. You can be out of compliance with neither, either , or both. These in many cases are exclusive.

So as far as I am concerned the state has much right to enforce their rules as the feds do. Secondly, what enforcement agency will bid the SD's rules domestically? AG?, DOJ?.... Good luck with getting that worked out by election time.

What's that saying?

The more complicated the plumbing, the easier it it to stop up the drain.

Exactly! the ironic thing us both federal law AND Chapter VII of the UN Charter (which is what the OSCE operates under) ALL say they have to abide local laws.

Abbott is only holding them to the same standard as any other poll watcher.....but Hillary wants to try to bluff Texas, and they KNOW we don't play that.

IMHO - the huffin' and puffin' coming out of the State Dept. is more to take the heat off Benghazi, because even a legitimate diplomat's immunity will only protect him from prosecution.

In other words, you CAN beat the rap, but you can't beat the RIDE!
