Patrick Moran, son of Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA), resigned from his father's campaign on Wednesday after conservative activist James O'Keefe released a video that appears to show him offering advice to an undercover videographer who claimed to want to commit voter fraud.
"Effective immediately, I have resigned from the Moran for Congress campaign," Patrick Moran said in a statement to TPM sent from his campaign email address.
This was in VA, right? So who is the state AG? That’s right.
I think the dims are executing wide spread fraud in every contested battleground state. How better to characterize the liberal left in this country.... IF you can’t win, cheat!!!!
To combat this, all every conservative has to do is vote.
AG is Ken Cuccinelli. The state board of election has to request an investigation.

Jim Moran doesn’t need to cheat in that district in order to win.
However, cheating needs to happen in Morans district for Obama to carry the state. This is national news, because cheating there could ONLY benefit Obama.

Because neither Project Veritas nor James O’Keefe are exempt from criminal prosecution for conspiracy to commit election fraud, and neither Project Veritas nor the "undercover operative" were authorized to conduct a sting operation like this, it looks like the video gives the DoJ an open and shut case against the conspirators.
These people live in some alternate reality.

It's a grey area. He mostly just talked about it and there's not enough there to charge conspiracy. He could argue that he was just humoring O'Keefe's investigator and was going to turn him in to the authorities and forgot about it.
The O'Keefe videos are great at exposing the attitudes of the Left, but in almost all cases they are the ones suggesting the crime. If this were a law enforcement sting it would be tossed out as entrapment.
(Don't flame me, I think the video is great for what it reveals about the rats, I just don't think there's a crime there as adjudicated by U.S. courts in this day.)
