Gloria Allred & client arrive in Canton MA
Client is Maureen Stemberg Sullivan, ex-wife of Staples founder Tom Stemberg.
Allred & Boston Globe are moving to remove gag order on Stemberg Sullivan, and release Mitt Romney testimony.
If anyone did her an injustice it was her attorneys who took most of her money and probably bought her house with her money.
Probably still won’t get much TV time. It might get internet time.
this woman had the highest profile mass divorce lawyer then sued him for malpractice and lost according to an article...

She did sue her attorneys for malpractice and her case was dismissed. She also sued her ex and his new wife for libel and lost. She keeps suing and losing the suits as well as her money. CRAZY, BITTER, AND GREEDY. A person like her in your life can be a living hell till the day you die.

INSIDE TRACK - Suit doesn’t put much stock in lawyers’ advice
Boston Herald (MA) - Wednesday, October 25, 1995
Author: Gayle Fee & Laura Raposa
The ex-wife of Staples czar Tom Stemberg is suing legendary Boston divorce attorney Monroe Inker and one current and one former member of his law firm, claiming they gave her lousy investment advice when they told her to sell her Staples stock to pay her legal fees.
Maureen Sullivan Stemberg filed suit in Suffolk Superior Court against Inker, his partner John White, the firm and a former associate, Joseph Walsh, who is now with Menard, Murphy & Walsh.
“At various times during their representation of Ms. Stemberg , the defendants advised and urged Ms. Stemberg to sell portions of the Staples stock and to apply a portion of the proceeds toward the payment of the defendants’ outstanding legal bills,” the suit says.
“Ms. Stembergsold those shares at a highly disadvantageous price and prior to a succession of stock splits which would have greatly increased her holdings.”
The suit further states that the attorneys should have known the sale of the stock could constitute ratification of a separation agreement that Stemberg is still contesting.
Inker, who has represented high-profile clients like Joan Kennedy, ex-Celtic Robert Parish, moneyman Tom Lee’s ex, Barbara, and House Speaker Charlie Flaherty’s ex, Lynn, said he and White were unaware of the suit and had virtually nothing to do with handling her divorce.
“If anything, we ought to be suing her. We still haven’t been paid,” he said.
Inker said Walsh had the Stemberg case and took it with him when he left Inker’s firm for Cuddy, Lynch & Bixby.
“She hired Walsh, we had nothing to do with it,” Inker said. “But what can I say, anyone can be sued.”

Yep, nothing riles up Obama’s base more than airing the grievance of a rich white woman against a rich white man...LOL!
Real men of genius these Axelrhoids and Pluffers...
bump
Let's take a romp down memory lane and review the typical Obama campaign strategy. Obama became a U.S. senator only by virtue of David Axelrod's former employer, the Chicago Tribune, ripping open the sealed divorce records of Obama's two principal opponents.
Chicago political goons make Union guys look like Sunday School teachers.
Thank you for the information. It looks to me like Allred is trying to claim some negligence on Romney because he did not provide confidential information to a specific investor.
In other words, Allred is mad that Romney did not collude to allow one person to benefit from information that was not yet public.
In other words, Allred is taking this action because Romney did not participate in INSIDER TRADING.
How many people are suing Obama for the value of their GM & Chrysler stock going into the toilet? How many people in divorce proceedings got GM stock in the separation of assets?
The value of a share of GM is less than 10% of what it was before Obama got into office.
How about some lawsuits over that???

Judge basically tells Gloria Allred to Shut the Front Door with her court claim: Grants Adjournment
Allred? Like the electoral map after the election!
Kind of interesting how this is all happening at about the same time, huh?
****
Yeah, such a coincidence. Allred just happens to slip into the room and start yelling, “Hey, look over here!”, as the Libya lies are unfolding on the other side of the room.
