(CNSNews.com) -- Justice Elena Kagan said she was not sure if she would have received the nomination for Supreme Court Justice from President Obama if she was not a woman.
During a talk before law students on Friday at the University of Tennessee Law School, Kagan said, And to tell you the truth, there were also things that I got because I was a woman. I mean I'm not sure I'd be sitting here.
I'm not sure that I would've been President Obama's nominee if I weren't a woman, she said. And if he wasn't as committed as he was to ensuring that there was diversity on the Supreme Court.

If Obama gets lucky his next two nominees to the Court will be Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett. Orin Hatch would let them get through too.

I’m not going to say anything. I promised myself I was going to try to be a much more tolerant person, so I’m just going to sit here and laugh to myself for a couple of hours.

I don’t think she’d even have been nominated if she were a STRAIGHT woman.

Most people would prefer to think that they had earned that position, but for Elizabeth Warren, the Faux-Squaw, in MA and Obama’s mamas in the Supreme Court, that is extremely unlikely. They received government jobs because of the quota system.
And what is this “diversity” she is talking about? What outstanding White men has Obama appointed to any position of note? He chose a White underling as Veep who is a national joke to make himself look better. He is a prejudiced employer if ever there was one.

I'm not sure that I would've been President Obama's nominee if I weren't a woman, she said. And if he wasn't as committed as he was to ensuring that there was diversity on the Supreme Court.
Substitute the word "mediocrity" for "diversity" above, and an otherwise false statement becomes at least partially correct.

It’s kinda funny Obama hasn’t been touting that he appointed 2 female justices as part of his “war on women” campaign. Even Obama must realize it wouldn’t play well if he admitted he used affirmative action to choose his appointments.
