BROOKFIELD, Wis. – Deputies in Wisconsin are responding to reports of a shooting near a major mall in suburban Milwaukee.
WISN-TV reports a mass shooting has taken place near the Brookfield Square Mall.
A spokeswoman for a local hospital says it has received four patients from the shooting, none critical, and expects three more.
A woman who answered the phone at the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department on Sunday told The Associated Press that deputies are looking for an active shooter.

When I was a kid, Americans would get up and go to church on Sundays. Now, they go to the local mall and shoot the place up. We’ve come a long way.
Another update on the Brookfield Mall shooting. I just heard on TV that Froederdt Hospital (where the victims were taken) is also on lock down. No reason given.

Just reported: shooter is estranged husband of one of the stylists at the salon. Black male, shaved head, 270 lbs, still at large.
Fear of gang activity.When I worked at a big city ER threats of violence would often occur when we'd get a gangbanger in as a patient.
Prayers up for the victims of this senseless violence...ladies at the Mall, having their hair done...won’t go home to their families.
Hope the cops catch the shooter.
They don’t know where the shooter is. Per Waukesha County LE dispatch scanner, IED was found (not sure if mall or spa), bomb squad en route (or by now, arrived).

News is now saying the suspect had been previously ordered to turn in his guns, maybe because of a domestic violence incident. This one seems made-to-order for the gun control crowd.
Gun control only for whites. Blacks not included; neither are street gangs.
At 6:30pm news conference, police chief says he doesn’t know what kind of gun he used. Seven hours later, they don’t know that? They didn’t even say whether a gun was found.
The suspect’s body was allegedly found in another room in the spa behind a locked door, which is supposed to account for the time it took to find him.
The ‘IED’ which allegedly slowed the police search consisted of a single one pound propane tank.
The chief says he took a taxi to the scene, despite having his own vehicle(not found at the scene). Just like Tucson/Giffords shooter Jared Loughner.
According to the reporter, the first emergency call came in at 11:09am.
