I am surprised a lot of women are not genuiely insulted by the DNC and how they are trying to woe women. They try to present the idea that the GOP is going to make birth control more expensive and so on. Why that? What if the DNC said the GOP was going to make pots and pans and ironing boards more expensive. Seriously what is the difference, shouldnt men have to pay for this stuff too just like contraceptives.
I believe women are generally concerned with the same things men are. Economy, Jobs, Defense, Border Security, Debt, etc.
I’d like to think they’re interested in the same things, but they sure don’t demonstrate that.
I have this little theory about the election dynamic, and I think it’s one most people don’t consider.
Have you noticed how women key in on the personalities of other women, and pretty well know them for exactly who they are? They in general do better than men do, at judging other women.
I think men peg other men much more accurately than women do. Guys can tell when another guy is going to use a woman. Women don’t have a fricken clue that they’re being used. Men know.
I think this plays into the voting, because most candidates are still men, obviously most acute at the presidential level.
I’ll admit this is somewhat of a generality, but I think it’s a lot closer to the mark than some folks will want to admit.
Women get infatuated, or just favorably impressed with certain men and just can’t admit they may have been wrong.
I don’t know how else to explain the Obama factor. They just think he’s so cool. I wonder what would happen if they were to find out he was into men.
