From the LA Slimes naturally
Paging the ancient aliens guy.
They only have to keep up this game of three card monte for another three weeks.
0bammy told me it was a silly movie trailer, now it was not a plot?
Fool me once shame on me....
Oh, so it wasn’t a terrorist attack after all? Glad to know these were friendlies, not terrorists.
Wow! This sure puts eggs on the faces of the republicans. No wonder Obama hesitated to blame Al Qaeda.
Best to talk about the jobs numbers and debt from now on.
Ambassador Steven’s reported Al Quaeda flags were seen recently. It also has been reported that the same flags were hoisted at the embassy following the attack. If it looks like a duck.
Reminds me of Hillary’s memory lapses in the Whitewater mess.
Ya. Just a gang of looters who showed up with mortars and knew how to employ them...
Just some high-spirited boys out trick-or-treating.
I’m sure Romney is getting valuable input from folks in the know regarding Libya in prep for Monday’s debate.
> No evidence found of Al Qaeda role in Libya attack
But Al Obama was definitely involved.
They had to do this in advance of the final debate. It’s total bullcrap.
I guess that's why there wasn't much property damage, and nobody died.

!!!Pffft!!!

Further, it fits with a broader effort by the Al Qaeda affiliate and the militant group Ansar al-Sharia to establish an Islamic state in eastern Libya. Libyan authorities are identifying Ansar al-Sharia leader Ahmed Abu Khattala as the commander of the attack, though Fox News was told the U.S. intelligence community is not going quite that far. Rather, Khattala is on the short list of suspects and was described as one to watch.

Then there’s the NYT article.
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/10/19/world/africa/suspect-in-benghazi-attack-scoffs-at-us.html?hp&_r=0
“Although Mr. Abu Khattala said he was not a member of Al Qaeda, he declared he would be proud to be associated with Al Qaedas puritanical zeal for Islamic law. And he said that the United States had its own foreign policy to blame for the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. Why is the United States always trying to impose its ideology on everyone else? he asked. Why is it always trying to use force to implement its agendas?”
Al Qaeda or not, does it really matter? The the ones that attacked and murdered our people highly respect al Qaeda. There is no denying that al Qaeda is stronger than ever before. Just go to Washington Post and put AFRICOM in the search field. Even plain old Africa.
For me, I don’t care weather it was terrorists, protesters, or a birthday party, Where the hell were the marines that were supposed to be guarding the embassy? Who redirected our security forces!
Nato helped the Libyan rebels overthrow Kaddafi. Why would the rebels want to attack the US? Either Kaddafi loyalists seeking revenge (highly unlikely in Benghazi) or Al Queda caused this attack. What date did it happen on? Oh yeh, Sept 11-—how convenient and coincidental for a little restless disturbance over a video.
