Gotta agree here. I'm in no rush to see him back in Congress and if he resigned now, he'd just get replaced with another equally marxist Chicago machine RAT. He can be AWOL as long as he wants. Every day without JJJ in Congress to vote is good for Illinois. (no Mark Kirk in the Senate to provide "bipartisan" cover for Obama's schemes is an improvement as well)
Unfortunately if Quinn took a leave of absence now, we'd have Medusa... err, I mean Shelia Simon to fill-in for him. Nothing short of giving Illinois an exorcism will fix that problem.
