Romney won, but we need to help the dems know that. Most dems make decisions upon social comparison. they feel their way through life without ever really thinking. As such, when the 'feel' others will vote Romeny, they will too. The MSNBC propaganda team has a vote up now. Let's all vote there and make Romney win!

Dems will vote for Obama no matter what..the undecided voters are the ones who voted for Obama in 2008 but are now sick of him and basically want permission to abandon him and vote for Romney..thats all that’s left..and they are breaking more and more for Romney each day..MSDNC is nothing more than the Code Pink, far left socialist network..no one watches that channel and would vote Republican

I said that months ago on a FR thread, when I first saw a pic on that thread of Obama w/his chin thrust forward. It immediately shouted out “Mussolini”. So you’ve got it absolutely right, and Barack acts just like Mussolini also.

It is intuitively obvious to the most casual of observers, the _resident was coached with these questions.
Obama needs to do one thing in order to have a chance at winning this election. With Republican turnout probably going to be very high, and with independents favoring Romney by at least 10 points, Obama cannot win by default. He cannot win by tearing down Romney, because Romney is neither beating himself, nor is he vulnerable to negative attacks.
Obama needs to give undecided voters (those who aren’t necessarily going to vote, and those who are still sway-able) a reason to give him a second chance. That should be his only goal in these debates. And this is why he lost this debate as badly as he lost the first — he did nothing to convince these voters that he deserved that second chance.
All of the other stuff (mistakes, point by point analysis, etc.) may seem important now, but ultimately won’t make a difference. What matters is the impression that the debate leaves on voters. And he still comes across as an out-of-his-depth, thin-skinned person who thinks he can talk his way out of any problem.
By contrast, Romney had already established himself as a non-Ogre, non-used care salesman (no offense intended), charismatic, sharp, and fatherly figure who is also presidential (thanks to the first debate). In this debate, he solidified that image, and also established himself as an alpha male — a person who takes charge, and who inspires confidence because he knows what he is doing. The democrats may not know it yet, but they should be panicking.
IMO, Obama’s handlers made a huge mistake in listening to the MSNBC crowd. Going negative was never going to work. Even if Obama could pull it off well (which he can’t), Romney doesn’t get damaged nearly enough for it to be effective. They should have used his greatest skill — his ability to inspire (I don’t see it, but it is there, apparently), and positioned Obama as above the fray. This would have been difficult, but he is in a difficult situation anyway. It would have at least given him an outside chance of giving the uncommitted a reason to put the record of the last 4 years aside, and give Obama a second chance.
He only has one more opportunity to make that sale, and it is now going to be even harder. And even if he does that, it may not even make enough of a difference.
I actually thought that the punk POTUS edged Romney on this one. But the margin of victory did not nearly help after his helpless perfomance in Denver.
