Because everyone had such a great time at the last shoot we are anxious for the next one.
The date for the 8th Annual TCMS shoot will be June 8th, 2013 and will be held at Dietz Gun Shop and Shooting Range, in New Braunfels, TX. Providing we get the OK from Mr. Dietz – I will call him this week to discuss our coming to the range.
Staying in the Pelican Bay cottages this year was a stroke of genius, so we will again be staying in cottages. The cottage pick for this shoot is the Cypress Creek Cottages, in Wimberley, TX. There are only twelve cottages at this place, and as of this writing 7 of them have been reserved. NOTE: They require full payment at the time the reservations are made. Wimberley also has some very nice hotels in the area in the event all the cottages get rented.
Making it a three & a half day weekend will be the plans for many of us, that way we can enjoy the area and have lots of porch time.
The Friday night dinner & Saturday breakfast places have not yet been decided. There is still plenty of time to figure out those details. Saturday after the shoot lunch will be provided by our own chef ~ cpdiii (Thanks Charlie!). Suggestions for the Saturday night meal are more than welcome.

Oh my, I will have to restock, as I lost all my weapons by driving off a pier in Aransas Pass. Maybe Kel Tec will have the RMR 30 in production by then.

Thanks for all the early groundwork. I won’t know til spring if I can make it n it appears cabins are going fast - if not full already. LaQuinta is always great for me - pet friendly Fun to have something to look forward to
Beautiful! See further down comments on tubing which is fun. Luv can wear shorts n tank top! I have a lot of tubes here. That n kayaking are fav activities on Cuyahoga river

I was re-reading my e-mail from the man who did our reservations, and we need to keep those e-mails. According to it...
“You do not need to check in, and you do not need a key. Go straight to your cottage. An electronic keypad is on your cottage door. Enter your four digit code (XXXX) to unlock the door. To lock the door, simply push the button on the electronic keypad that has the padlock icon on it, and the door will automatically lock. If you have questions about access, please contact us at 512-847-5950.”
You want to have the e-mail or write down this access code somewhere. Or contact them. LOL!

We called them yesterday to get a cottage with a loft. They told us we would get another email close to the reservation date as another confirmation. That email will have the door code.
LOL. Something else to remember.
When I received the email with the door code, my first thought was how in the heck am I going to remember this email 8 months from now; my second thought was I sure do hope they send a reminder email sometime in May.
