Really good beer, if a little on the “light” end of the flavor spectrum. I hope they build their next brewery in the south. That would be a poke in the eye to the Northeats/midwest high tax states.

Sounds like they have some common sense.

I wish that some reporter would ask that smug SOB and ex-governor Ed Rendell about this. (He’s everywhere despite having left office) He has a Clinton-esque way with the truth and nobody ever calls him on his outrageous claims about his economic record. He was an unmitigated disaster.

Too bad they couldn’t buy the Tennessee facility. I’m sure that would be a good state for them. I’m a big Yingling fan.

I like it too. My only complaint is that it is a little light on the flavor spectrum, which is why I grab a Sam Adams instead.

Hubby’s favorite beer, I’m glad that they’re doing well.

I love Yuengling Lager and am a big fan of Yuengling’s history and business strategy. I agree, I would love to see the next Yuengling Brewery in the South. If I'm Dick Yuengling I would be looking hard at Aiken county in South Carolina.

Oh man... About this time last year I was in Philly on a business trip... had a real cheese-steak and a Yeungling.
One of the most enjoyable meals I've ever had. The Yuengling was reminescent of what Coors once was, long ago, before they were forced to start selling nationwide.

Man...you just described one of the few pleasures of residing in the Philly metro area. Nothing like a Yuengling draft at a Phillies or Flyers game. I've always enjoyed the fact that the Phillies and Flyers (conservative ownership)offer Yuengling and Flying Fish on tap while the Lib owned Eagles only offer the usual major brands.

The real title should be:
Rampant liberalism is bad for business. Dick Yuengling Jr. tries to explain to a nation of idiotic Obummer voters why.

I am so disappointed in Mr. Yuengling. How dare he put profits above the needs of the community? Doesn't he OWE Pennsylvania a lot for his success? After all, who built the roads his beer trucks drive on?
To: george76
Look at Tennessee. Very low taxes.

I hope they build their next brewery in the south.Last time I looked Tampa, Florida is in the south. (My home town)
Yuengling is just about the only beer I drink... discovered it about three years ago....excellent beer...

Read the comments section. Many of the posters display their union based envy of the success of others.
One knothead actually makes the "You didn't build that" argument.

The company I work for has offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Every time the crew from San Jose goes back there, everyone who enjoys a good beer looks forward to pounding a few Yuenglings.

We need the work in the panhandle...I hope they consider us, too!
