The “cover” wife is becoming more of a necessity for many people from actors to teachers, to politicians and even truck drivers.
It especially happens in Hollywood.
In Obamas case I guess some couple of butt buddies had a late night bath house pow wow and decided that for Obama to be inserted into any key political position it would require for him to have a cover wife.
Who knows if the children came about in any natural sense.

Someone mentioned the girls, I have always found it odd that they don’t look like each other. Usually siblings have similarities.
The older girl long and lanky and the younger short and squat. The older girl does have Mickey’s retched personality, the little one seems normal (and the ‘parents’ from appearances don’t treat her well).

My kids different looking, but from the same father. That doesn’t mean anything. The daughter is tall and small boned, like Daddy’s aunts. The son is short and burly, like my brothers. Different facial features, too.
