Today I went out into the field here in Chicago looking to talk to some of the striking teachers but no one in a red-shirt was anywhere to be found (or, if they were wearing one, they had nothing to do with the teachers’ union strike). A journalist friend of mine asked me to nose around and see if I could uncover anything about slain Ambassador Chris Stevens, who was rumored to be gay. A former “roommate” of Stevens by the name of Austin Tichenor lives and works in Chicago and while making calls to friends of mine in the theater world who know him I also thought to check some sources with the city who deal with the State Department and foreign dignitaries when they are in town.
Of course, they’ve all been talking about Ambassador Stevens’ murder by Muslims in Libya: and all of them are incredulous that the State Department sent a gay man to be ambassador to a Muslim country. News reports continue to indicate that the Muslims who murdered Stevens also raped him repeatedly, before and after his death.

I doubt that he was “known” to anybody except whoever dug up this supposed report, and I certainly doubt that this was known to the Muslims. Many diplomats in dangerous posts do not bring wives or children, and he wouldn’t have been out cruising the streets even if he was gay.
He was very sympathetic to Islam and did everything to help them, so if hey knew anything about him, it was that. And they didn’t care.
He was killed because he was an American. Period. And we should be ashamed that we have such a powerless country at the whole world feels its open season on Americans.

This makes me wonder if the so called Dr. (if there was even a Dr. trying to revive him) when he spent 90 minutes trying to resuscitate him, wasn't actually getting in his fill as the new law that allows muslim men to rape the dead corpse for up to 6 hours after they are dead? By the way has anyone in the Obama administration been asked about the claims of rape yet and what are their responses?

Well I'll go out on a limb here. I think it's very poor taste to denigrate someone killed in the line of duty serving their country.
Let the guy alone.
I do not disagree, but I don’t think it is appropriate to speak poorly of the dead. He was killed by those he defended and worked with. That is not lost on me. I may not agree with him, but he died in the service of his country. That makes him a patriot.

All Americans in service to their country are targets of Muslim jihadis and they all volunteer to serve. The fact that sending a rumored/gay man into a situation that is both hostile to him personally and bad for American policy is lost on them. They just need to ‘feel’ good in their indignation.
