Biden Calls Romney ‘Out of Touch’ on Foreign Policy

(YORK, Pa.) -- Vice President Joe Biden went on the attack Sunday against Mitt Romney’s foreign policy positions, calling the Republican presidential candidate “out of touch.”

“Listen to what he says about foreign policy, you caught some of it in his speech. He said it was a mistake to end the war in Iraq and bring all of our warriors home. He said it was a mistake to set an end date for our warriors in Afghanistan and bring them home. He implies by the speech that he’s ready to go to war in Syria and Iran,” Biden, kicking off his Labor Day weekend campaign spree, told a crowd at West York Area High School

“He wants to move from cooperation to confrontation with Putin’s Russia. And these guys say the president’s out of touch? Out of touch? Swiss bank account, untold millions in the Cayman Islands. Who’s out of touch, man?” Biden continued.

Romney briefly touched on foreign policy in his acceptance speech Thursday at the Republican National Convention, saying “every American is less secure today” because the president has failed to deal with Iran’s nuclear weapons and criticized the president’s handling of issues in Israel and Russia.

“He’s eager to give Russia’s president Putin the flexibility he desires after the election,” Romney said Thursday. “Under my presidency our friends will see more loyalty and Mr. Putin will see a little less flexibility and more backbone.”

Hows things with Egypt lately pal? Spoken the Austrian language lately pal? Made any quiet deals with foreign leaders, that you explain to them have to be hidden from the electorate until after november? Oh, and sold any assault rifles to the cartels and neglected to tell the mexican government? Oh, and hey, given Brazil a few billion to drill and then have them gove you the finger when it comes to buying F-18s?

Obama and Joe have no room to talk about foreign policy.

Hussein has certainly been “hands on” in changing sides in the War on Terror.

He said it was a mistake to [PUBLICALLY!] set an end date for our warriors in Afghanistan and bring them home.

Probably the one of the biggest act of treachery to our military and allies in US history, second only to the treasonous and murderous ROEs themselves.

Probably the most stinging truth that Clint expressed in his “dialogue” on Thursday night. Joe Biden hasn’t even talked a good game for several years now.

But Biden is definitely the right person at the right time. In his unique way, he vastly heightens the contrast between one who lives the definition of “blatherskite” and a person who REALLY knows the subject at hand.

Joe never was and never could be the equal of Paul Ryan.

In any universe. Not even the most bizarro imaginable.

Take up a donations.

Buy a bunch of microphones.

Give them to the Democrats.

Watch all the fun.

Vote on election day.

One of the surest ways to elect Republicans is to give Democrats microphones so people can hear how stupid their ideas are.

What state was Joe Biden in when he made these comments?

What state did Joe Biden think he was in when he made these comments?

How did he know?

Biden Calls Romney ‘Out of Touch’ on Foreign Policy

Biden has dinner regularly with the ambassadors from Barsoom, Europa and Romulus. He thinks we can engage the Romulans by talk alone, and thinks Romney only wants to send the fleet to wipe them out.

If Biden thinks we can engage the Romulans without a show of strength, he's living in a "Mirror, Mirror" reality.

He does think the Europans need to show restraint despite the fact that the Romulans have already said they are going to wipe Europa from the Milky Way. The Romulans hate Europa worse than they hate us.

It's hard to fathom this guy is just a heart beat away from the big chair.

If Joe Biden ever had an original thought inside that empty head of his, the thought would die of loneliness.

Biden’s 30 years of “foreign policy experience” are a sadly lacking. The man has been wrong on every major foreign policy question of those several decades. In an entertainment profession I belong to we call that “one year of experience 30 times”.
